YRKKH 1st June 2025 Written Update: Armaan’s Turmoil

YRKKH 1st June 2025 Written Update: Armaan’s Turmoil. Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai written update, Kaveri, playing the part of a sentimental elder with dramatic flair, asks Abhira to wear the saree her husband gave her—probably in an attempt to revive Abhira’s “lost charm.” Because clearly, the problem is a saree and not the emotional rollercoaster she’s been stuck on. Abhira, ever the composed one, reminds Kaveri that she and Vidya are her backbone. Kaveri then drops a truth bomb—she once hoped her strength would come from her sons or grandson, but surprise, it’s Abhira who turned out to be her real support. Emotional? Yes. Ironic? Absolutely.

Vidya walks in and jokingly accuses them of hugging without her—because emotional bonding should always come in groups, right? Abhira, trying to keep things chill, asks the two ladies not to stir drama at Krish’s engagement. Kaveri, of course, replies with dead silence. Classic elder move—no words, just disappointment.

Meanwhile, in the “Where are they?” department, Kajal and Sanjay are growing anxious waiting for the trio. Kajal, with her usual negative energy, insists Kaveri won’t show up. Manisha, the ever-hopeful, says Abhira will convince them. And score! Abhira arrives with both ladies in tow like a boss.

But the drama isn’t done. The moment they enter, they give Sanjay the royal ignore. Sanjay’s ego gets bruised, and he asks Krish why he didn’t take blessings from them. Krish, petty and proud, snaps back that they ignored Sanjay first. What is this, high school? Sanjay reminds him that Kaveri’s reputation still carries weight. Krish, now in full brat mode, declares Kaveri’s time is up and gives her and Vidya the cold shoulder.

Later, the cool trio discusses family gossip—Ruhi, Charu, Abhir, and Daksh. Kajal provides the tea: Charu and Abhir didn’t come because of new jobs (or maybe just clever excuses to avoid more family drama). She crosses her fingers and hopes for a full-blown Poddar reunion by the wedding. Good luck with that.

Abhira waits to see Krish’s mystery fiancée, who finally arrives… only to throw a fit at the DJ for ruining her grand entry. Because if you don’t scream at the DJ, did your engagement even happen? She yanks Krish for a forced couple dance, and he, being totally whipped, follows her lead.

Then enters the plot twist. Abhira bumps into Ayushman, confused about why he’s even there. Turns out, he ditched a massive deal to show up—either he’s very dedicated to family or just really bored. The cherry on top? The fiancée introduces Ayushman as her brother, leaving Abhira, Kaveri, and Vidya staring like someone just dropped a bomb. Ayushman sweetly blesses the couple, acting like this isn’t a full-blown soap opera unfolding.

Elsewhere, Armaan is playing happy uncle with Maira when Geetanjali swoops in. She knows about Maira’s project—clearly more than Armaan does. Armaan, caught in another “oops I forgot” moment, assures her he’s got it under control. Geetanjali doesn’t mind though—she’s enjoying her time with Maira and politely begs not to be sidelined. Armaan, impressed, admits their bond is growing and seems genuinely happy—because at least someone in this story is getting along.

Armaan sees Abhira on TV looking radiant and assumes she’s living her best life without him and Maira. Jealousy hits different when it’s televised. Meanwhile, Krish takes his “cool kid” act too far—calling Kaveri and Vidya old and mocking their start-up dreams. Abhira steps in like a warrior queen and tells him to behave. Krish, being the insensitive jerk of the day, hurls a nasty comment at Abhira, blaming her for her failed marriage, broken home, and struggles as a mother. And just when the audience gasps, Kaveri slaps Krish.
