Anupama 28th November 2025 Written Update: Anupama Steps Into Destiny

Anupama 12th June 2025 Written Update: God, Guilt, and Gaslighting

Anupama 12th June 2025 Written Update: God, Guilt, and Gaslighting. Today in Anupama, the episode opens with Anupama doing what she does best—bargaining with God. She pleads for her children’s happiness, offering herself up as the designated sufferer.

Meanwhile, Rahi is drowning in mysterious gloom and demands Prem promise he’ll never drag her back to Mumbai. Red flag alert. Prem, being the cinnamon roll he is, hugs her but is clearly confused and suspicious. Something’s brewing, and it’s not just Kinjal’s coffee update.

Speaking of which, Leela confronts Prarthana about her health. Kinjal spills the beans—too much coffee has led to acidity and vomiting. So basically, Prarthana’s stomach is as messed up as her marriage. Leela advises her to move out ASAP before the Kotharis bring out their judgmental claws.

Anupama, half-asleep in the metro (relatable), meets a random stranger who drops a bombshell—she accuses Anupama of killing her son. We later learn this is Khyati, Aryan’s mom, and she’s not here for tea or sympathy. She curses Anupama, warning that karma will soon take her daughter too. Harsh.

Meanwhile, Prarthana gets a plot twist of her own—she’s pregnant. Ansh, our unofficial therapist, tells her to chill. But Prarthana knows the Kotharis won’t let her divorce Gautam if they find out. She begs Ansh to keep her secret under wraps like a scandalous tabloid.

Elsewhere, Parag questions why Rahi didn’t visit Manohar. Prem covers for her, but Parag’s no fool. He suspects Rahi isn’t chasing dreams—she’s running from her past. Prem agrees but doesn’t push.

Anupama, in her ever-polite way, decides to apologize to Bharti’s upset friend. She tries to balance guilt, chai, and unsolicited curses like a seasoned emotional acrobat. Meanwhile, the ladies chat about the Vat Savitri fast, triggering Anupama’s memory of Anuj. Nostalgia hits hard.

Rahi, trying to act like everything’s fine, decides to keep the fast for Prem. But her thoughts spiral back to Mahi. She bitterly blames Anupama for ruining everything. The blame game continues. When Pari learns about Rahi’s run-in with Anupama, Rahi stays tight-lipped. Suspense much?

In another corner of the drama web, Gautam finds out about Prarthana’s pregnancy. He’s determined to play Sherlock and figure out if the baby is his. Prarthana, tired of all the judgment, decides she’s keeping the baby. Ansh stands by her like a supportive lead in a parallel serial. Meanwhile, Prarthana misses Anupama—because, well, who wouldn’t?

The episode ends with Anupama feeling like the designated villain in both Rahi and Mahi’s narratives. Despite the blame, she prays for their happiness—because Anupama doesn’t know how to stop being the bigger person.

Precap Punch:
The landlord hikes the rent, and Jaspreet delivers an ultimatum—pay or pack. Anupama gears up to join Manohar, while Manohar himself preps to finally meet her. Expect emotional fireworks, and maybe rent receipts.

Verdict:
Heavy on the guilt, light on the logic. Everyone’s blaming Anupama like she’s a one-woman disaster squad. Rahi’s keeping secrets, Prarthana’s hiding a pregnancy, and Anupama’s still playing savior. Someone please hand this woman a spa voucher.

Rating: 3.7/5 – for emotional overload, pregnancy plot twists, and metro drama that nearly turned into a thriller.
