Tonight, Malishka yet again shows her true colours. Unsatisfied with the police investigation, she corners the inspector and urges him to search Rishi’s room one more time. Her desperation to keep Lakshmi away is evident in her tone, gestures, and trembling eyes. For a moment, even Rishi is taken aback, silently questioning what Malishka really wants – justice for Neelam, or punishment for Lakshmi?
While the police gear up to raid the room again, Bhavna and Shalu sit together, shattered, piecing every memory and clue that led to Lakshmi’s arrest. Shalu’s eyes well up as she recalls Lakshmi’s tearful promises of innocence. Bhavna tries to calm her down but ends up sinking into the same hopelessness.
Meanwhile, Neha, who thrives on finding herself in the middle of every mess, intervenes during an argument between Kiran and Malishka. Aanchal tells that it’s shocking, Lakshmi is inside the Oberoi mansion, it’s not safe for the family, she can hurt anyone, and she is a threat to them. The inspector promises her that he will arrest Lakshmi. Malishka tells that he should check the entire house and he will find her. He asks Aanchal to take him to Rishi’s room. Aanchal agrees. Shalu and Bhavna see that Mamta is worried.
Shalu asks Mamta if she has seen Lakshmi. Mamta hides the matter and thinks they are fooling her. She lies to them. Bhavna doubts Mamta and asks her to tell her the truth. Mamta scolds her. Shalu asks Mamta why she is behaving strangely. Mamta argues with her that she always sides with Bhavna. She mentions she has some work and goes. Shalu says that Mamta is behaving strangely.
Bhavya tells Shalu that Mamta said Mukesh has confessed his love to her. Shalu asks Bhavna to trust Mukesh and his love. Bhavna tells that she can’t trust Mukesh. She feels Lakshmi’s trust was shattered when Rishi fathered Malishka’s child. She doesn’t want to wait for such a day in her life. Shalu pacifies her. She tells that Bhavna should never lose faith in Mukesh.
Bhavna tells her that Mamta likes Malishka, and she is working for Malishka. She realizes that Mamta has seen Lakshmi in the servant’s room, and now she will tell Malishka about her. Shalu worries. She tells that she won’t let the police reach Lakshmi. She wants to prove Lakshmi’s innocence. Bhavna suggests that they shift Lakshmi. Shalu tells that it won’t help in the long run; she has to prove Lakshmi’s innocence. Bhavna asks what they will do now.
Shalu thinks, When did this start, and how did Lakshm fall into this problem? Bhavna asks her not to lose courage. Shalu says that Lakshmi told her, Anushka, and Malishka have killed Neelam, Paro got scared seeing the police, Lakshmi went to handle Paro, and then she took the blame on herself. She feels sad that nobody thought of Lakshmi taking the blame. She wants evidence to show to the Oberois. She tells that she will expose Malishka’s truth tonight.
She doesn’t want the police to take Lakshmi with them. She asks Bhavna to engage the cops. Bhavna agrees. On the other hand, Malishka asks Neha why she is staring at her. Neha says that she isn’t staring or doing anything wrong. Malishka insults her. Kiran asks Malishka to speak to Neha well. Malishka asks Kiran if she is taking a servant’s side. She gets upset and argues with Kiran.
She blames Kiran for never valuing her and making her suffer. Kiran asks what she is saying to her mom, who has always supported her. Malishka keeps on accusing her. Kiran asks her to just shut up. Malishka gets enraged. Neha finds it strange. Malishka vents it on Kiran unnecessarily. Kiran cries and asks Neha to see Malishka. Neha tells that she never misbehaves with her mom, she loves her a lot, as every child gets an identity because of a mother.
Malishka yells at her and asks her not to lecture her. She tells Neha that she loves Kiran. She doesn’t want Kiran to compare her with anyone. She tells that she is feeling bad. Neha defends Kiran. Malishka asks Neha if she is calling her bad. Neha asks Malishka to sleep early on time, since a good sleep is necessary, else people get angry and irritated. She suggests that Malishka go and rest. Kiran agrees with her.
She asks Malishka to get some good sleep. Malishka asks Kiran if she will believe a foolish servant. Kiran asks what happened to her suddenly. Malishka upsets Kiran with her taunts. She goes away. Kiran cries and tells Neha about Malishka suffering a mental trauma. Neha asks what happened to Malishka. Kiran tells that Malishka fell in love with Rishi, but he fell for Lakshmi.
Malishka started chasing him, and she got insecure; she lost focus on her business and career. She asks how she can make Rishi love Malishka. Neha consoles her. Kiran apologizes. Neha praises Kiran and wishes every daughter gets a mother like her. Kiran wishes Malishka felt the same. She asks Neha not to tell Malishka anything. Neha assures that she won’t tell anything. She understands Kiran’s situation. She pacifies Kiran and asks her to just relax. Kiran thanks her. Neha thinks of keeping an eye on Kiran.
She spots Shalu and goes to her. They have known each other since college. Neha tells that she has become a spy and she has come to the Oberoi house on Aanchal’s request to investigate a murder. Shalu asks if Aanchal wants to know that Lakshmi has killed Neelam. Neha tells that she didn’t know the accused, Lakshmi is Shalu’s sister. She adds that she trusts Lakshmi. Shalu thanks her for believing in Lakshmi’s innocence.
