The episode begins with a sombre Preet sitting quietly, staring at the empty space Bharti once filled. She tells Anupama that the house doesn’t feel the same without Bharti’s smile lighting it up. Anupama nods, hiding her tears, because she too misses Bharti’s innocent chatter and presence. Preet, emotional and frustrated, asks why Bharti, who prays to God with so much devotion, is suffering like this. Anupama consoles her gently, telling her not to question God’s ways. But Preet’s worry deepens as she confesses her fear that Bharti might not survive. Anupama, always the pillar of strength, asks her to stay positive and keep patience for Bharti’s recovery.
Trying to do her part, Preet approaches banks for a loan but returns disappointed. She tells Anupama that getting a loan instantly is impossible. Anupama hugs her, assuring her they will find a way. Preet is torn between paying house rent and Bharti’s medical expenses, but Anupama’s mind is already racing to find a solution.
Meanwhile, the toxic soap opera unfolds at Parag’s house. Prarthana folds her hands and apologises to Parag, revealing a truth bomb – she says Gautam forced himself on her multiple times and that the baby is Gautam’s. Gautam, shocked, immediately denies it, accusing her of weaving lies to cover her mistakes. Vasundhara jumps in with her poison-laced words, scolding Prarthana for speaking such things without shame. But Prarthana, gathering every bit of courage, insists she’s speaking the truth.
Parag, torn between anger and betrayal, tells Prarthana to come back to him. But Prarthana, finally standing up for herself, admits she likes Ansh and will not return. Khyati, always ready with her unnecessary commentary, remarks that Anupama’s plan has worked once again. Rahi stands nearby, completely shaken by everything she’s hearing.
Back in Anupama’s world, she prays with Prem for Bharti’s recovery. Their voices tremble, eyes closed tightly as they ask for Bharti’s life to be saved. Just then, Sarita and the other women from the chawl arrive like a blessing. They gather some money to help Anupama buy Bharti’s medicines. Anupama thanks them with folded hands, her eyes filled with gratitude. Sarita sighs, saying just a day ago Bharti was smiling, and now she’s struggling for life. Anupama assures her softly that God will help. Preet vows to visit Shri Siddhivinayak Temple once Bharti recovers, praying for a miracle.
In the toxic household again, Vasundhara and Parag get into a heated argument. Gautam, with his manipulative smugness, tells them that Prarthana is pregnant with Ansh’s child and that she herself confessed loving Ansh. Parag, losing his patience, tells Gautam to leave if he wishes. Vasundhara threatens to leave the house if Gautam goes. The house vibrates with silent tension as Parag stands speechless.
Prarthana, meanwhile, finds Ansh and pleads with him not to misunderstand her intentions. Tears stream down her face as she confesses her feelings, clarifying that despite being pregnant, she doesn’t want to force any relationship upon him. She only hopes they can remain friends. Ansh, maintaining his dignified composure, tells her that due to his responsibilities, he cannot form any relationship with her beyond friendship. Prarthana nods with a faint smile, content that at least his friendship remains.
Back in Anupama’s story, her warrior spirit shines again. With no other way to save Bharti’s life, she quietly removes her earrings – her last piece of gold. She sells them without a second thought. When she returns home with the money, Preet’s eyes well up in gratitude, realising what Anupama has sacrificed. But life has no pause button for pain. The house owner arrives and asks Preet for the pending rent. Preet tries explaining Bharti’s condition and their money crisis, but the owner, heartless as ever, threatens eviction. Anupama steps in and pays the rent, saving them from being thrown out.
Elsewhere, Pakhi continues to live in her parallel greedy universe. Ishani asks her about some missing money. Pakhi casually reveals she sold free samples to a client. Ishani worries Meeta might find out, but Pakhi brushes it off, telling her to focus on the rich boy whose number she forwarded. Truly, Pakhi’s moral compass spins like a broken fan – no direction, no shame.
Back at the hospital, Bharti regains consciousness. Tears form in her eyes as she weakly asks for Sumit. Preet’s face turns to stone as she tells Bharti the harsh truth – Sumit left her to die. But Bharti refuses to believe it, shaking her head in denial, as if her fragile hope can erase reality. Her eyes search the room desperately for him, her faith refusing to break, even though it should.
The episode ends on this heartbreaking note.

Today’s episode tore through emotions like a storm. Anupama continues to prove that while the world may turn its back, a mother’s love and resilience stand undefeated. Preet’s silent despair, Bharti’s fragile hope, and Prarthana’s courage to finally speak the truth were the highlights.
The roasting award today goes to Sumit for disappearing like a coward, leaving Bharti battling for her life alone. Close second is Pakhi, whose moral degradation finds new lows every episode.
Overall, it was an episode drenched in pain but lined with a flicker of hope, reminding viewers that as long as Anupama breathes, she will fight to save everyone she loves.
