Manjari, with her warm smile, tells Savi that instead of thanking her, they should be thanking Savi – after all, who else would do so much for Neil? Savi replies softly that compared to what Neil has done for her, this is nothing. Manjari smiles at her words and walks away, leaving Savi to reflect quietly on her love and sacrifices.
Later, Savi tucks little Sai on the bed and places several pillows around her. Neil walks in and looks puzzled seeing a mini fort of pillows. He asks, half teasing and half curious, why there are so many pillows between them. Savi explains that Sai never sleeps without them and they always sleep like this. Neil’s eyes cloud with confusion as he says he doesn’t remember any of this – everything feels new to him, like he’s a stranger in his own life.
Suddenly, the peaceful moment is interrupted by Kian’s loud wails. Savi immediately gets up to pick him up, but Neil stops her gently. He insists he’ll handle it. Savi watches silently, thinking Kian would never stop crying in Neil’s arms since there is no emotional connection between them now. But what she sees next leaves her stunned – Neil picks up Kian with such gentleness that the baby instantly calms down and drifts back to sleep in his embrace. Savi’s heart melts at the sight, her eyes filling with silent tears as hope flickers within her broken heart.
Later that night, Savi and Neil lie down to sleep. Neil turns to her with a sweet yet sad smile and says he has forgotten how they used to say good night. He wonders out loud – did he just say ‘good night,’ or did he kiss her too? Deciding to trust his instincts, he leans forward, kisses Savi softly on her cheek, and says, “Good night,” before closing his eyes. Savi lies awake for a while, holding her tears back, letting the warmth of his kiss fill the cold emptiness in her heart.
The next morning, Neil, back in his playful mode, asks Savi to make tea. She nods and goes to the kitchen. Leena, watching the domestic scene, comments that it has been ages since Neil had breakfast with them. Neil shrugs casually, saying he was only in the hospital for a day – why so much fuss? Bhushan laughs, teasing Neil that he is always so busy with appointments that he barely eats with family anymore.
As everyone sits down to eat, Neil invites Sai to sit beside him and lovingly feeds her breakfast. Sai’s face lights up with joy as she tells Leena that the food reminds her of the first time she met Savi in Mumbai when she was served food in a Thali. Neil frowns in confusion, asking what Sai is talking about. Savi quickly steps in, saying Sai is just talking nonsense because she spends too much time on gadgets. Neil takes a sip and makes a face. He scolds her lightly, asking how she still doesn’t know how to make his tea after so many years. Leena jumps in like a self-proclaimed tea expert, saying it’s not Savi’s fault – Neil likes only her handmade tea. She offers to teach Savi, and Neil agrees. He says he’ll drink Savi’s tea from tomorrow onwards. Savi gives a tight smile, knowing Leena never misses a chance to undermine her.
Elsewhere, Bhagyashree and Ridhi meet a lawyer, plotting to gain custody of Sai and Kian. The lawyer assures them of victory. Bhagyashree smirks, saying they will leave the city once they win custody. Her determination reeks of manipulation and vengeance rather than love for the kids.
Back in the kitchen, Leena continues her mission of poisoning minds. She warns Savi not to create any more problems for Neil and to just focus on his recovery. Her words drip with venom as she threatens that once Neil fully recovers, she will throw Savi out of the house. Savi, swallowing her pain, simply nods, because her focus remains only on Neil’s well-being.
Later, Neil calls Savi and hands her a letter. He asks playfully, “Your name is Savi Thakkar, right? You’ve got a letter.” Confused, he asks how she’s a Thakkar. Savi explains she was Savi Thakkar before marriage and asks what the letter says. Neil reads it aloud, revealing she’s a police officer whose suspension has been revoked. She can rejoin duty from today itself. Savi’s eyes widen with happiness, tears brimming at finally regaining her lost identity.
Leena immediately objects, insisting Savi should stay home until Neil recovers. Vinod, ever her loyal supporter, agrees. But Neil shuts them down with a powerful statement. He says he doesn’t accept this – Savi can manage both home and duty. After all, kids learn from what they see, and he wants his wife to remain strong and independent. He tells Savi he is proud of her, making her heart soar with happiness.
Savi gets ready in her crisp police uniform. Neil, unable to take his eyes off her, helps her put on her cap. Their eyes lock in a silent promise, as Neil whispers that he feels like he’s reliving their beautiful past.
