Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 30th June 2025 Written Update: Jealousy Strikes. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan’s Guilt Fest, Abhira’s Boundaries, Geetanjali’s Jealousy, and Anshuman’s Burning Anger.
The episode begins with Geetanjali making up her mind to leave. She tells Armaan not to worry about Myra, probably thinking he’s incapable of managing any responsibility alone. Armaan, guilt-ridden as usual, apologises to Geetanjali. The man says sorry more times than he says hello these days.
Meanwhile, Anshuman is trying hard to avoid meeting Armaan. His face screams ‘Don’t test my patience today’. Abhira senses Anshuman’s unease and silent rage. As Armaan steps out to help Geetanjali get a cab, she asks him to take care of Vidya, subtly reminding him of the basic decency expected from a son.
Anshuman vents out his frustration to Abhira, saying that merely seeing Armaan tests his anger control and how Abhira continues to suffer because of him. Abhira, holding her dignity like a queen, tells Anshuman that in return for his love, anger, and concern, she can only offer friendship. A heavy yet honest line. She leaves without noticing Geetanjali standing there like a side character in their emotional scene.
As fate would have it, Anshuman and Geetanjali bump into each other outside. Both look equally annoyed by the interruption in their personal plans.
Abhira returns home and immediately asks Kaveri about Vidya. Kaveri tries to signal something to Armaan, probably telling him to shut up or step back. Abhira catches her mid-signal and questions her about it. Kaveri, with her classic sass, replies that since Abhira doesn’t like talking to Armaan, she wouldn’t bother signalling him anything. The tension peaks when Abhira loses her balance, and Armaan rushes to catch her in his arms. The room freezes. Geetanjali and Anshuman witness this closeness, and jealousy clouds their faces.
The awkward introductions begin. Abhira introduces Anshuman, while Armaan introduces Geetanjali. Kaveri, the perfect hostess, offers green tea to Anshuman, which he politely declines before going to check on Vidya. Armaan thanks Anshuman for his help, trying to sound like a gracious ex-husband. Anshuman retorts that he did it only for Vidya’s sake, making it clear he wouldn’t even hand Armaan a glass of water otherwise.
Armaan, with his unnecessary nobility streak, says he will return the money Anshuman deducted from Abhira’s business account. Anshuman, done with all this family drama, decides to leave. Abhira tries stopping him because of the rain alert, but he remains adamant, leaving like a tragic hero under stormy skies.
Geetanjali too decides to leave, ignoring Armaan’s attempts to stop her. But Anshuman intervenes, saying that no one can leave because of the heavy rain alert. He requests Geetanjali to stay back as well. The atmosphere turns into an unplanned Bigg Boss house – filled with forced guests, awkward silences, and unsaid grudges.
In another corner of the world, Tanya is busy getting rejected. She tries getting close to Krish, but he pushes her away, saying it’s better to maintain distance so that no one questions her character. For once, Krish shows his sensible side. Tanya melts at his words and agrees to watch TV while he steps away. But curiosity kills the cat as Tanya checks his phone and gets the shock of her life. Poor girl might finally see his manipulative streak clearly.
Back in the main drama zone, Kaveri asks Abhira to give clothes to Geetanjali. The four of them – Armaan, Abhira, Geetanjali, and Anshuman – stand together, sharing silent awkwardness thick enough to cut with a knife.
Meanwhile, Tanya confronts Krish about texting other girls. Krish, with his manipulative PhD, twists words, plays the victim, and convinces Tanya to drop the issue. Tanya, blinded by her emotions, buys his nonsense again. Someone needs to hand her a reality check soon.
Geetanjali, standing nearby, whispers to herself that she can never be like Abhira. Well, at least she knows her competition is miles ahead. Armaan speaks to Myra lovingly on call, unaware that Abhira overhears the conversation. Her heart probably cracked further, realising the truth she’s not yet aware of.
Armaan learns that Kaveri and Anshuman speak in Punjabi. Kaveri gives clothes to Anshuman and asks Abhira about Vidya’s medicines. Geetanjali offers to help, trying to play the perfect future daughter-in-law. But Abhira, with her icy composure, tells her not to interfere too much. That line hits Geetanjali’s pride straight in the chest.
Armaan’s possessiveness ignites seeing Abhira and Anshuman close. When Abhira helps Anshuman tie a knot, Armaan looks on with silent jealousy. The man left her heart shattered yet can’t bear to see someone else supporting her.
The episode ends on a tense note, with these four souls tangled in complicated emotions and unspoken wounds.

Armaan finally musters the courage to apologise to Abhira. Tears flow as he admits to betraying her trust and begins to reveal the truth that Myra and Pookie are the same person. Looks like tomorrow’s episode will bring the truth tsunami crashing down.

This episode was a thick pudding of guilt, anger, jealousy, and silent heartbreak. Armaan remains the guilt-ridden hero, Geetanjali the insecure fiancée, Abhira the dignified queen with a bleeding heart, and Anshuman the strong storm standing by her side. Tanya and Krish’s side track continues its manipulative circus, making viewers roll their eyes.
Overall, the episode sets the stage for tomorrow’s explosive revelations. It’s high time Armaan stopped behaving like a clueless college boy and became the man Abhira deserves. Until then, we’ll continue watching his guilt parade with popcorn in hand.
