The episode begins on a shocking note. Vinay, a man who has spent his entire life living with dignity, is seen sitting inside a police cell. As the inspector walks in, Vinay pleads his innocence, telling him that he isn’t a criminal. The inspector looks at Vinay with a mix of pity and sarcasm, saying he is only respecting Vinay’s age by calling his family, otherwise anyone else caught in that area would have been treated far worse. Vinay fumes with anger and pride, declaring loudly, “I am a retired government officer – you’ll know the truth soon!”
Outside the station, his family arrives in panic. Bhagyashree, Padma, Rishabh, and Shreyas rush to the inspector to find out what has happened. The inspector bluntly informs them that Vinay was caught in a brothel area, sending shockwaves through the family. Padma, trembling with embarrassment and confusion, asks Vinay why he went there. Before Vinay can answer, Rishabh jumps in to defend him, insisting that Vinay would never do something like this and offers to arrange bail immediately.
But Vinay, feeling deeply insulted, turns his wrath towards Rishabh. He scolds him, saying he ended up there only because he was following Rishabh. Everyone looks stunned at this unexpected accusation. Padma and Bhagyashree plead with Vinay to calm down, but he remains adamant, convinced that Rishabh is hiding something.
Shreyas, meanwhile, starts arguing with the inspector for humiliating their father. But the inspector silences him with a sharp warning that if he continues creating a scene, he will be locked up too. Bhagyashree folds her hands with teary eyes and pleads with the inspector to consider her father’s age and health. However, the inspector remains firm, stating that Vinay will be produced in front of the magistrate the next morning at 10 am and asks them all to leave immediately.
Outside the police station, tensions continue to rise. Padma and Bhagyashree scold Shreyas for worsening the situation by arguing with the inspector. Bhagyashree, choking on her emotions, reminds Shreyas that these are her parents too, and he should stop pretending to care while constantly scolding her. She turns to Karthik and begs him to find a solution.
At that moment, Padma gets a call from Karuna, who invites their family over to her house. Bhagyashree gestures to Padma to answer calmly. Padma agrees, telling Karuna that she will send Karthik and Sowmya, and disconnects the call. Bhagyashree consoles her mother, reassuring her that they all know Vinay’s real character, and nothing will ever change that truth. Meanwhile, the family starts contacting lawyers to arrange for immediate bail.
Back inside the station, Rishabh sits waiting anxiously. He requests the constable to let him speak to the inspector. The constable casually replies that the inspector is out for coffee and he can wait. As Rishabh looks around, his eyes fall on a framed photo of Babita with the inspector. A small hope flickers within him.
When the inspector returns, Rishabh quickly points to Babita’s photo and says she is his friend. The inspector hesitates at first but calls Babita to confirm. On the call, Babita vouches for Rishabh and Vinay, saying they are good people. Hearing Babita’s confident assurance, the inspector softens and agrees to let Vinay go without filing any FIR.
The family breathes a sigh of relief as Vinay walks out. But the relief is short-lived. Back home, Vinay is still filled with anger towards Rishabh. Padma expresses her gratitude to Rishabh for helping Vinay, but Vinay interrupts her, accusing Rishabh once again of being the reason for his arrest. Rishabh defends himself, saying he was at the gym the whole night. Vinay fumes, asking if Rishabh is trying to prove he has gone mad now. Rishabh suggests gently that maybe Vinay is mistaken. To clear the air, Bhagyashree calls the watchman, who confirms seeing Rishabh leave for the gym at night. Still, Vinay insists he saw Rishabh buying non-veg food. Rishabh, keeping his calm, reminds him that he has quit non-veg completely.
Seeing the rising tension, Padma intervenes, asking everyone to stop arguing. She tells Sowmya to go to Karuna’s house and bring the family over for dinner. The room falls silent as everyone disperses. But Shreyas quietly whispers to his father that he will find out the truth about Rishabh. Vinay, tightening his jaw, vows to expose him at any cost.
Meanwhile, Bhagyashree is busy trying to book an appointment with the best cardiologist for Vinay. She learns that it will take two months to get one, leaving her disheartened. Rishabh enters just then and learns about it. Seeing Bhagyashree so worried breaks his heart a little. He assures her with his comforting smile that Vinay’s heart isn’t weak, but he just becomes emotionally vulnerable when it comes to her.
Bhagyashree opens up, telling Rishabh how Shreyas has been taunting her relentlessly. Rishabh tells her not to take his words to heart. Their conversation takes a soft, intimate turn when Rishabh mentions the hotel incident. Bhagyashree, with a quiet blush, says she understands his needs but asks him to wait a little longer. Rishabh agrees with a smile, trying to cheer her up. She sighs, saying she can’t smile until her father’s health improves.
Rishabh, like a true magician, shows her a confirmation message for an appointment with Dr. Jain, the top cardiologist. Bhagyashree gasps in surprise, asking how he managed it. Rishabh explains that the doctor’s younger son is part of his acting workshop. Bhagyashree beams with relief, calling him a magician, and hugs him tightly. Realising what she did, she pulls away shyly.
At that moment, Padma enters and apologises for interrupting. Bhagyashree smiles and tells her she came at the right time, showing her the appointment message. Padma praises Rishabh’s effort and hands them a photo frame Karuna sent for their house. Rishabh, with his boyish charm, asks Bhagyashree to hang it properly on the wall. Bhagyashree smiles softly at him, feeling an unspoken warmth between them.
