The episode begins with Nisha recovering after her suicide drama. The doctor confirms she is out of danger, and Aditya’s mother breathes a sigh of relief. But the moment she steps out of the room, Nisha drops her helpless act and targets Aditya with anger and threats. She warns him that if she goes to the police station, she will drag Preet’s name into the matter. Aditya loses his calm and refuses to bow down to her blackmail. Yet before things escalate further, Nisha quickly changes her tone as she notices Aditya’s mother returning, and once again pretends to be weak and helpless.
Aditya’s mother decides that Niti must not learn about Nisha’s condition and shockingly allows Nisha to stay in the house. This leaves Preet in a tough spot. She refuses to leave Aditya’s side despite being given the option to walk away. For her son’s happiness, Aditya’s mother is forced to conduct Preet’s grih pravesh once again.
But the celebration turns chaotic when Niti enters and sees Preet standing beside Aditya. Her temper explodes. In anger, she pushes Preet and lashes out at her. A heated confrontation follows, where Aditya firmly declares that Preet is his wife. Niti, unable to bear the humiliation, vows to destroy everything—even threatening to ruin Aditya’s business and reputation with media exposure.
As if this wasn’t enough, Nisha and her mother plot a deadly move against Preet. They hire a masked man to end Preet’s life by injecting her with a drug that would make her death look natural. But Preet outsmarts them—she pretends to faint and cleverly escapes the attack. She turns the tables by holding a knife against Nisha and questions her true intentions. In the heat of the moment, Nisha blurts out her crimes without realizing that her confession is being recorded on a mobile phone.
With this, the downfall of Nisha begins, marking the end of her evil reign. The makers confirm that this is the final shoot of Parineetii. The show is coming to an end with the message that truth always triumphs over lies and betrayal.
On the last day of the shoot, the entire cast came together to celebrate their journey, share memories, and promise fans that they will return soon in new avatars with fresh stories.
