The same strange presence is noticed again when Mangal helps Akshat search for his book. Just then, Kapil calls her phone, but Adit picks up, claiming that Mangal is busy with the children and her phone kept ringing, so he answered it. Kapil accepts this but grows suspicious. He thinks it is unusual for Mangal to forget an important meeting and senses something is wrong, deciding to meet her directly.
Soon after, Mangal sees the hooded figure attempting to attack Akshat with a knife. Shocked, she screams for Akshat to be careful and calls Adit, urging him to inform the police. When they return, Pratima arrives to meet Mangal. She notices the tension as Adit continues scolding Mangal, accusing her of creating stories. Mangal defends herself, saying nobody believes her but the danger is very real. Pratima asks her to calm down, but Mangal then turns to Akshat, asking if he saw anyone holding a knife. To Adit’s shock, Akshat confirms he too saw the shadow of a hooded person carrying a knife. Mangal confronts Adit, asking if he has his answer now, and storms inside in frustration.
Pratima, confused, asks Kusum what is wrong with Mangal. Kusum explains that Mangal is mentally disturbed and promises that once she is stable, she will send her to Pratima’s house for some rest. Pratima agrees reluctantly. Meanwhile, Mangal, determined and fierce, vows to unmask the culprit at any cost.
