Vasudha 17th October 2025 Written Update: Insanity Strikes Dev. The man Karanvir introduces his sister Vidhi to Dev. Dev greets Vidhi. Vidhi blushes seeing him. The man tells that Vidhi isn’t able to believe the sight, Dev has really come home. Vidhi tells that she hasn’t prepared the food till now. She runs to the kitchen. She asks Dev not to go anywhere until she comes and serves the food. The man shows the picture book created for Dev. He tells that Vidhi is Dev’s big fan. Dev tells that he is speechless. Chandrika and Divya make the sweets.
Avinash makes a reel of the cooking task. He calls Dev. Dev asks Avinash if everything is okay. Avinash tells that Chandrika is making sweets. He adds that he will not let anything wrong happen. Dev says that he will finish his lunch meeting and go to the office. He thanks Avinash. He sits to have lunch. Vidhi serves the food with love. Dev likes the food. The man asks Dev about his birthday. Dev tells the date and the birth time.
The pandit matches the Kundalis of Dev and Vidhi, and congratulates the man, Karanvir. He gives the good news of the Kundalis matching. Karanvir starts shouting that Vidhi’s marriage is fixed. Dev doesn’t understand that Karanvir wants Dev to marry Vidhi. Karanvir dances on the dhol beats. He declares that Vidhi will get engaged today, and the marriage will happen in a month. Dev congratulates Vidhi. She asks if Dev is happy. Karanvir tells that Dev came home and good news followed. Dev tells that he will leave for the office now. Karanvir asks the servants to shut the door.
Dev asks what’s going on. Karanvir asks Vidhi to choose a ring for herself. He makes Dev try a ring. Dev tells that he has to leave. Karanvir tells that Dev is Vidhi’s groom. Dev is stunned. He isn’t able to understand. Vasudha consoles Hanumant when he loses heart and fears he has upset Chandrika. He tells that he will go and speak to Prabhat. She asks him to call Dev once. Hanumant calls Dev. Dev throws the ring and scolds Karanvir. He asks Karanvir and Vidhi if they are both mad. He gets Hanumant’s call.
Karanvir snatches Dev’s phone and breaks it. Hanumant fears something is wrong. Karanvir tells that it’s his house, and Dev just listens to him. Dev picks up his broken phone and warns Karanvir and Vidhi. He leaves the house. Vidhi cries. She asks Dev not to leave. She tells Dev that she waited a long time for him. She confesses her love to him. Dev calls her mentally unstable and asks her to visit a doctor. Karanvir hugs Vidhi and consoles her. Dev rushes out of the gate.
Karanvir gets revengeful against Dev. He tells that Dev has to marry Vidhi. Chandrika and Divya bond while cooking. She asks Avinash to have the sweets. Divya tells that Hanumant had sent sweets for Prabhat. She tells that she will send it back. Chandrika asks her not to send it empty. She asks Divya to give Malai peda to Hanumant, because he likes it. Avinash suggests that Hanumant can buy Malai peda from the market too, they should send something special, like the sweets Chandrika just made. Chandrika agrees, saying Hanumant and Vasudha are also like her family. She asks Avinash to go and give the sweets.
Hanumant tells that he will just go to meet the Chauhans. Avinash comes and gives the sweets plate. Hanumant and Vasudha are glad. Avinash tells that Chandrika has sent the sweets for Vasudha. Hanumant cries with joy. Chandrika asks Prabhat to have the sweets. She tells that Hanumant got the plate and she was tense thinking if it was a shagun plate, but then Prabhat said it was just for his health. Prabhat asks would things change if they get Dev married to Vasudha.
Chandrika refuses to accept this idea. He asks her to calm down. She apologizes. She tells that she doesn’t regard Vasudha as a maid, but she won’t accept her as her Bahu. She reasons out her decision. She tells that Vasudha isn’t a good match for Dev. She asks him not to link their names again. She tells that she will find a queen for Dev. Hanumant thanks Matarani. He makes Vasudha eat the sweets. Vasudha feels sorry to hurt him. Dev is angered thinking about Karanvir and Vidhi.
Avinash and Divya come to talk to him. Prabhat comes. Dev hugs him. He thanks him for accepting Vasudha. He tells that he spoke to Chandrika about Vasudha, and Chandrika refused. Dev asks what they will do now. Prabhat tells that Vasudha has to win Chandrika’s heart. He tells that Chandrika has many expectations regarding Dev’s would-be wife, Vasudha has to become a suitable match for Dev and impress Chandrika. Dev tells that Vasudha is simple, and can’t change. Dev gets Hanumant’s call. He goes to meet Hanumant. Vasudha is surprised to see Vasudha.
