She recounts how Raghav takes a stand for Reet in one moment, burns her wedding lehenga in frustration in another, while Reet too ends up protecting him against the world whenever the situation turns ugly.
Kirti insists that Rohit is right to behave like her fiancé, and Raghav has no right to interfere. She points out the bizarre moment when the printing mistake on the wedding card showed Reet and Raghav’s names instead of Raghav and Kirti. Even today, when the corrected card arrives, Raghav shows no happiness at all. She refuses to accept that she is imagining things.
Reet tries to calm her, assuring her that she is overthinking. Kirti rejects the explanation boldly. She demands the truth, believing she deserves to know if her decision is right or not. She begs Reet not to feed her false hope or fake comfort. If anything exists between Reet and Raghav, she is ready to step aside. Reet gently convinces her that whatever she believes is not real. She tells Kirti that the chapter of her and Raghav is over. Kirti breathes easier, thanks Reet for easing her burden, and leaves.
Raghav steps out from his hiding spot, having overheard everything. His first instinct is not gratitude but clenched frustration. He taunts Reet for pretending joy at his wedding with Kirti. He believes she is only doing all this so that there remains no chance of them reconciling. Reet snaps back that he is eternally confused, blaming her no matter what she does. She tells him that he is the reason everyone around them remains puzzled. Raghav continues the argument, but then abruptly ends it, promising he will do exactly what she wants and follow the path she chooses. His voice carries a sting of hurt disguised as acceptance.
Back at home, Sharda prepares an elaborate spread of traditional dishes. Raghav questions the sudden feast, considering the family’s financial condition. Sharda reveals her real motive. She wants to win over Kirti’s mother using sweet hospitality and emotional strategy. She declares that no matter what, she will secure their approval and make the wedding happen. Her determination stands firm even when she mocks the idea of saving money.
Kirti’s mother arrives. Sharda lays out an extravagant breakfast to impress her, but the woman cannot swallow even a morsel. Meanwhile, Dhruv receives a business call and learns that he has earned huge profits. His company’s five properties have been sold, bringing him crores. Kaushalya overhears and immediately senses an opportunity. She realizes Dhruv has the financial stability she wants. She convinces herself that if required, she will redirect Kirti toward Dhruv to strengthen her own position in the family.
Later, Kaushalya meets Dhruv and indirectly encourages him to pursue Kirti. She claims she wants a loving, secure life for her daughter and gushes about the affection she sees in Dhruv’s eyes. Dhruv respectfully refuses to manipulate Kirti’s life but Kirti’s mother remains determined to push him toward her daughter.
On the other side, Rohit brings Reet to the café to meet a broker for the bungalow deal. He talks excitedly about building a new life with her. They walk inside and freeze when they see Raghav at the table. Sanjeev had to run to the hospital and left Raghav to handle the bungalow presentation. Rohit mocks him for taking up a part-time job and brags that if the deal goes through, Raghav will earn commission and tip.
Raghav remains composed and starts showing the pictures. Rohit behaves overly romantic, holding Reet’s hand, calling her his future wife, and planning the house and their huge family in front of Raghav. He even insists on touring the kitchen, declaring that it will be the place where Reet cooks for him. Every word tightens the air around them. Raghav silently absorbs everything, hiding the emotional blow each time Rohit flaunts his relationship with Reet.
Reet grows increasingly uncomfortable. Rohit continues to build fantasies—about kids, rooms, curtains, and a perfect family. Finally, unable to endure the suffocating situation, Reet quietly walks out of the café, leaving Rohit still bragging and Raghav fighting to hold his composure.

Kirti’s meltdown feels surprisingly honest — she has sensed what everyone else has been tiptoeing around. Her fear that Raghav still loves Reet hits the core of the track, and her vulnerability finally makes her more than just the clingy, obsessive fiancée viewers complain about. Reet trying to pacify her despite her own turmoil adds a quiet ache to the entire conversation.
Raghav overhearing everything only adds fuel to the fire. His frustration, layered with jealousy and denial, makes his confrontation with Reet sting sharper than usual. Their equation is messy, but it’s finally cracking open the emotional truth they’ve been avoiding.
