The goons trouble Vasudha. She fights them and runs away. She reaches a temple. The goons follow her inside the temple. Dev looks for Vasudha. He reaches the temple and gets a piece of her saree cloth. He realizes she is around. He rushes inside the temple. He prays that he finds Vasudha. Vasudha prays that Dev reaches her. Dev spots her and goes to her. She hugs him and cries. He asks why did she leave from the hotel. She tells that she also felt she had lost him. He tells that he knew it, her worship will protect her. He fills sindoor in her hairline. He promises to always stay with her.
She tells that some goons teased her and she had to leave the bags on the road. He asks her not to worry. They go to collect their belongings. Surya comes there and sees them. He asks them to sit in the car, and they will stay in his house. He regards Vasudha as his daughter. Dev tells that he wants to keep his esteem and not take anyone’s help. Surya praises his values. He is sure that Dev will keep Vasudha happy. Dev promises him. Surya blesses them and leaves.

The old lady asks Vasudha to protect her mangalsutra, else she will lose her husband forever. Dev gets angry and asks what she knows about them. The old lady warns them about the coming problems.
