He remarks that Indumati would be happy if that happened, to which she coldly replies that she would indeed be happy if the real culprit behind Aditi’s poisoning is caught. Rishi then steps in and asks Jhanak to come with him. Tanushri immediately questions his intention, while Abhimanyu openly shames Rishi for acting overly protective. Rishi refuses to back down. Aniruddh stands frozen, struggling to process the accusation now staring him in the face.
Abhimanyu jumps to Aniruddh’s defense, claiming the police must have misunderstood. Tanushri also questions the motive, asking why Aniruddh would ever try to kill Aditi. The IG clarifies that Aditi may not have been the intended target. Someone else was meant to die, and Aditi became the unfortunate victim. The IG then calls in the supplier who sold the poison. Aniruddh panics and lies, claiming he does not recognize the man. He accuses Rishi of orchestrating an elaborate trap to frame him.
