She slaps him and asks if he has gone mad to shoot Dev. She asks him to leave. She asks how he got a gun. He tells that he took it from her locker. She beats him for stealing the gun and shooting Dev.
Prabhat comes and tells that Dev is critical. Chandrika runs to see Dev. Sarika goes out of the ward. The police come to arrest Avinash. The inspector tells Chandrika that they have found the culprit and have come to arrest him. Avinash surrenders. The family is shocked. Chandrika surrenders too. The inspector tells that Avinash has given a confession letter. Chandrika tells that the letter is false, Dev has married a maid, so she decided to kill him to save the family honor. Everyone is shocked.
The inspector asks the constable to arrest Chandrika. Vasudha stops him and tells that Chandrika can never shoot Dev. She asks him to let Dev get conscious, and then Dev will tell the truth.
