Lakshmi Ka Safar 9th February 2026 Written Update: Lakshmi’s Dangerous Choice. The episode begins with Dadi sensing a burning smell in the house. Lakshmi quickly calls all the family members and asks them to come immediately. She informs the Kapoor family that a fire seems to have started in one of the rooms. Dadi asks Krish to bring water, but Lakshmi stops him, realizing that the fire appears to have been caused by a short circuit.
Lakshmi suddenly notices that Jia has not come out despite all the noise and asks Krish where she is. Fearing the worst, Krish wraps a curtain around himself, rushes into the burning room, and rescues Jia. He brings her out safely, and Lakshmi asks Jia if she is alright, wondering what wrong she has done to face so many troubles. Krish then takes Jia away from there.
Later, Lakshmi quietly talks to the baby, saying she knows the truth and wishes the child could speak and reveal everything.
Elsewhere, Karan complains to Manny about Lakshmi lying to him. He is hurt and confused, unable to understand why she is hiding things despite hating lies. Manny tries to calm him, but Karan remains upset. Lakshmi calls Karan, but he cuts the call. She knows he is angry and asks him to come home, promising to explain everything. Jia warns Lakshmi that if Karan learns the truth about the baby, he will never accept the child. Lakshmi says she trusts Karan and believes the baby will bring them closer. Jia, however, vows silently that she will turn the baby into a wall between them and leaves.
Soon after, Lakshmi notices someone in Karan’s study and assumes it is him. She confesses everything, revealing the truth about Karthik and the baby born through surrogacy by Jia. She explains that the baby in their house is that same child and asks Karan to decide whether he will accept them. She places a rose on the table and says that if he wants them in his life, he should return it to her the next day. Unaware of who actually heard her, Lakshmi leaves the room.
