Dr. Aarambhi 17th February 2026 Written Update: Aarambhi Returns Home, Vishwas Hides the Truth
The episode begins on a painful note as Dimple mocks Aarambhi in front of everyone and asks Vihaan to come with her. Vihaan tries to remain strong and says he will go for now so that he can return to his mother soon. His words reveal how deeply he is torn between both parents. Aarambhi’s family gently takes her toward the car, and while walking away, she silently promises herself that she will rebuild her life for Vihaan and never allow anyone to separate them again.
Vihaan watches her leave, trying to hold back his emotions. Nandita notices the sadness in his eyes and asks why he is no longer smiling. Vihaan admits that he was pretending to stay cheerful only for his mother’s sake, but in reality, he already misses her. The moment becomes heavy as Aarambhi sits in the car, looking back at her son, determined that she will not let him suffer the way she did.
After Aarambhi leaves, Dimple continues her controlling behavior. She orders her brother-in-law to block all of Aarambhi’s cards, making it clear that she does not want Aarambhi spending money while staying at her parents’ home. The remark exposes her bitterness and her constant attempt to assert authority.
Aarambhi arrives at her parents’ house after many years. Balbir welcomes her warmly, and the familiar surroundings stir a flood of memories. She notices her old medals and trophies, reminders of the brilliant student she once was. The sight takes her back to the day she returned home with a gold medal after topping her semester. That had been the same time when Dimple and Suneel had come with a marriage proposal for Vishwas, and her mother had encouraged her to accept it. The memory feels bittersweet now, as Aarambhi realizes how different her life turned out from what she had imagined.
In the present, Manju performs a small ritual to ward off the evil eye and expresses her happiness at having her daughter back home. Neighbors arrive to meet Aarambhi and begin praising her, asking why she came in a taxi when her husband owns so many cars. Manju avoids revealing the truth and simply says they could not use Vishwas’s car. The neighbors call Aarambhi fortunate to have a husband like Vishwas, unaware of the reality of her marriage. Aarambhi quietly excuses herself, saying she needs rest, and goes to her room. Alone, she wonders how she will ever tell her mother that the very marriage they once celebrated ended up suffocating her dreams and talent.
Meanwhile, Vishwas is at Avantika’s place. He asks her to prepare something light to eat, but Avantika replies that she has ordered food because the cook is unavailable. She also makes it clear that he should not expect her to behave like Aarambhi, pointing out that she too has responsibilities and cannot cater to him the way his wife once did. Her tone reflects both independence and impatience, reminding Vishwas that their relationship is far from stable.
Back at her parents’ house, Aarambhi continues looking at her achievements from her MBBS days. Each certificate and trophy reminds her of the passion she once carried for medicine. She recalls how, ten years ago, her father encouraged her never to give up on her dream and to openly discuss her ambitions with Vishwas after marriage. He had told her that her happiness and career should never be sacrificed.
Manju interrupts her thoughts by knocking on the door. She asks if Aarambhi is alright and ties a black thread around her ankle to protect her from negativity. In an emotional moment, Manju apologizes for arranging her marriage with Vishwas. She admits that her husband realized at the hospital that they might have made a mistake after witnessing Vishwas’s mother’s behavior. Even so, Manju still believes Vishwas is a good man who takes responsibility for Aarambhi and considers her lucky to have him.
Aarambhi listens silently, remembering a painful moment when Vishwas had once wished for her death. The contrast between her mother’s belief and her own memories leaves her deeply unsettled. Manju tells her she is preparing her favorite food and asks her to thank Vishwas later. Aarambhi forces a faint smile, hiding her true feelings. In her heart, she reflects that she endured every insult from Vishwas’s mother because she genuinely loved him, but his betrayal broke that trust forever.
Elsewhere, Vishwas tries to calm Avantika after their conversation, and they sit down to eat. At that moment, Vihaan video calls him and asks where he is and who is with him. Raj also joins the call and questions Vishwas. Thinking quickly, Vishwas lies and says he is out looking at a house for possible relocation. Vihaan innocently tells him that he should calm Aarambhi because she is the one who truly understands him. Vishwas abruptly ends the call, clearly uncomfortable.
Avantika grows irritated by the interruption and questions Vishwas’s priorities. Vishwas admits that he does not want Aarambhi to use Vihaan emotionally against him and says he needs time to settle everything and end his marriage with Aarambhi properly. His words reveal his determination, but also the growing complexity of his situation.
The episode ends with Aarambhi still lost in memories of her past and Vishwas struggling to maintain the fragile balance between his present and his secrets.
Precap: Aarambhi is shocked to learn that her sister-in-law is seeking a divorce from her brother Arun, hinting at new conflicts that may soon unfold within the family.
