Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 15th March 2026 Written Update: Abhira’s Smart Plan Saves Aryan–Disha Alliance While Armaan Stops Myra From Attending Wedding

The episode begins with Vidya confronting Armaan about his sudden husband-wife drama with Abhira. She questions whether he has thought about how Myra will react when she learns about it. Armaan remains silent while Aryan steps forward to thank him. Aryan emotionally says that he is getting his love only because of Armaan and Abhira’s support.

Meanwhile, Myra learns about Aryan’s upcoming wedding. She becomes extremely excited and immediately begins planning shopping and preparations for the sangeet ceremony. She eagerly asks Armaan to talk to her matron so she can get leave and return home to attend the celebrations.

Abhira overhears this and begins to worry. She realizes that neither she nor Armaan had thought about how Myra might react to the situation. Feeling uncomfortable, Abhira decides it might be better for her to quietly leave before things become more complicated.

However, Armaan makes a surprising decision. He firmly announces that Myra will not attend the wedding. Both Myra and Abhira are shocked by his sudden statement.

Myra asks Armaan the reason behind such a strict decision. Armaan calmly explains that Myra cannot miss her studies just to attend wedding celebrations for seven days. His words leave Myra stunned.

Trying to compromise, Myra asks if she can at least attend the wedding day itself. Armaan refuses again and declares that she will not attend the wedding at all.

Abhira prepares to speak to Armaan about this harsh decision, but the conversation shifts as the family discussion continues elsewhere.

Manisha questions Damyanti about why she is misunderstanding their intentions when they simply want Disha to stay with them until the engagement ceremony. Damyanti responds that they cannot go against their traditions.

Manisha argues that the world has changed and such rigid traditions no longer make sense. She suggests that both families could stay together and get to know each other better.

Sanjay supports this idea and says it will help both families understand one another before the wedding.

However, Damyanti refuses the suggestion. She states firmly that according to tradition, a girl’s family cannot even drink water at the daughter’s in-laws’ house. She decides that they should leave immediately.

At that moment, Abhira steps forward and stops Damyanti from leaving. She tries to convince her to reconsider the decision. Tanya also assures Damyanti that Disha will be treated with complete respect and care in the Poddar house.

Suddenly, Abhira pours water on Disha intentionally. The unexpected act shocks everyone present.

Tanya quickly supports Abhira’s move and takes Disha inside the house along with her.

Vidya becomes upset and questions how Abhira had the authority to stop Damyanti’s family from leaving. Armaan, however, says that Abhira did the right thing.

Manisha then reveals that she is not entirely happy with Aryan and Disha’s alliance. The Poddar family begins worrying about whether the relationship will survive all these conflicts.

Aryan becomes desperate and asks Armaan and Krish to help him. He admits that he cannot imagine losing Disha now.

Meanwhile, Abhira and Tanya talk privately with Disha and ask whether she genuinely wants to stay with the Poddar family for some time. Disha honestly says she wants to stay because she wishes to understand the family better before the marriage.

Hearing this, Abhira and Tanya come up with a plan.

Elsewhere, Armaan, Aryan, and Krish get into a heated discussion with Abhira and Tanya about relationships and marriage expectations. During the argument, Krish even shows a video to Meher, which adds to the ongoing family tension.

Soon, Abhira reveals her plan in front of both families. She proposes that while Disha stays with the Poddar family to understand them better, Aryan should also stay with Disha’s family for the same reason.

Manisha immediately criticizes the idea and says Abhira’s suggestion is not practical.

Damyanti also looks confused and asks what exactly Abhira is trying to achieve with this plan.

Abhira calmly explains her logic. She says that if the Poddars want to understand Disha before the wedding, then Disha’s family also deserves the same opportunity to understand Aryan.

Vidya argues that such an arrangement goes against tradition. Abhira confidently responds that traditions are created by people for their convenience, and sometimes they must evolve with time.

After thinking for a moment, Damyanti surprisingly agrees to Abhira’s proposal.

Aryan feels extremely relieved and happy hearing this decision.

Damyanti then asks Aryan to come along with her before she changes her mind about the arrangement.

Tanya later tells Abhira that Armaan will surely thank her for solving the problem.

Abhira quietly replies that she never wanted Armaan’s thank you. All she ever hoped for was his trust, which he has never truly given her.

The episode ends with the complicated emotions between Armaan and Abhira still unresolved despite Abhira saving Aryan’s relationship.

In the precap, Myra and Mukti secretly decide to attend the wedding so they can bring their parents closer again. Meanwhile, Damyanti asks Armaan and Abhira to exchange rings as part of the ceremony. Myra becomes completely shocked when she sees Armaan and Abhira exchanging rings in front of everyone.

Review

This episode strongly highlights Abhira’s intelligence and emotional maturity. While the entire family becomes stuck in rigid traditions and arguments, Abhira calmly finds a solution that satisfies both families.

Her plan cleverly balances tradition with fairness, showing that she values mutual understanding in relationships.

Armaan’s strict decision regarding Myra also adds emotional tension to the storyline. His attempt to control the situation may create bigger conflicts later.

The episode also subtly explores the unresolved emotional distance between Armaan and Abhira. Even after helping Aryan, Abhira still feels that Armaan has never fully trusted her.

The precap promises a dramatic twist as Myra’s unexpected arrival may expose the truth behind Armaan and Abhira’s pretend relationship.
