Dr. Aarambhi 16th March 2026 Written Update: Aarambhi Saves Manmeet and Vows to Fight for Justice
The episode begins with a frightening situation unfolding inside a room where Karthik and his friends corner Manmeet. The men mock her helplessness and warn that no one will come to rescue her. Just when the situation begins to turn dangerous, Aarambhi suddenly bursts into the room holding a trishul. Her unexpected arrival shocks everyone. Manmeet immediately calls out her name in relief. Aarambhi assures her that nothing wrong will happen as long as she is there.
Karthik tries to pretend that nothing inappropriate was happening, but Aarambhi is not convinced by his act. Furious at their behavior, she grabs a bat and starts hitting Karthik for misbehaving with Manmeet. She also attacks the other men who were part of the group. In the chaos, a mobile phone lying on the table continues recording the entire scene. Sachin attempts to defend himself and shifts the blame onto Manmeet, but Aarambhi refuses to listen. She clearly tells them that they are the ones at fault and promises that they will face legal punishment after she teaches them a lesson.
Meanwhile, Raj regains consciousness after being unconscious earlier. Inside the room, Aarambhi picks up the trishul and presses it against Sachin’s throat, warning him not to move. At that moment, Raj arrives and sees the scene unfolding before him. Realizing they might get caught, Karthik, Sachin, and their companion quickly escape from the room. After they flee, Aarambhi immediately rushes to Manmeet and comforts her with a reassuring hug.
Raj asks Aarambhi what exactly happened there. Aarambhi tells him that if she had not reached in time, the situation could have become terrible for Manmeet. She asks Raj to help Manmeet leave the place safely. Raj takes off his shawl and wraps it around Manmeet to protect her dignity before helping her out.
At the same time, Vishwas calls out for Aarambhi at home. Soundarya walks in with a glass of lemon water, but Vishwas questions why she came when he specifically asked for Aarambhi. Soundarya explains that Aarambhi is not at home at the moment. Vishwas becomes puzzled and asks where she has gone. Soundarya suggests calling her to check. Meanwhile, Dimple overhears their conversation and starts feeling suspicious because Aarambhi has been missing for quite some time.
Elsewhere, Aarambhi and Raj bring Manmeet to her house. Aarambhi immediately switches into doctor mode and asks Raj to check Manmeet’s pulse. Raj struggles to do so, appearing shaken. Aarambhi checks the pulse herself and concludes that it is normal but that Manmeet is severely dehydrated. She asks Raj to bring some water immediately.
Raj returns with water but cannot stop thinking about what happened earlier. He asks Aarambhi what those three men were trying to do with Manmeet. Aarambhi avoids answering directly and reminds him that their priority right now is to take care of Manmeet as a patient.
After Manmeet drinks some water, Aarambhi explains that she suspects those men mixed bhang into the thandai earlier. She also suggests that Raj unknowingly handed that drink to Manmeet. Raj becomes defensive and tells her not to accuse him because he had no idea the drink was spiked. Aarambhi decides not to argue further and simply accepts his explanation.
Soon Manmeet slowly regains consciousness. As Raj prepares to leave, Manmeet suddenly grabs his hand and pleads with him not to leave her alone. She fears that the same men might return to harm her again. Seeing her fear, Raj agrees to stay. Aarambhi reassures Manmeet that she is safe now and that nothing will happen to her while they are there. She encourages Manmeet to rest and regain her strength.
A little later, Aarambhi takes Raj aside and asks him to explain exactly what happened earlier at the outhouse. Meanwhile, in another location, Karthik and his friends create a false story to protect themselves. They approach Nandita and claim that they are innocent. According to their fabricated version, Manmeet was the one following them and causing trouble.
Harry overhears their explanation and immediately slaps Karthik, demanding the truth. Karthik tries to maintain his lie, but Harry is furious at the possibility that his reckless actions might destroy the reputation of the Tandon family. Nandita attempts to calm Harry down, but he warns that the situation is extremely serious. If Manmeet files a complaint, the matter could become a sexual assault case, and Karthik would face severe consequences.
Back at Manmeet’s house, Raj tells Aarambhi that he genuinely does not remember what happened after drinking at the farmhouse. He only recalls feeling dizzy before losing consciousness. He also has no idea how Manmeet ended up in the car.
Aarambhi then asks why those men seemed to hold such a grudge against Manmeet. Raj explains that Manmeet once removed Karthik, Sachin, and Arjun from a medical case after they mocked a patient who had facial scars from domestic abuse. Aarambhi firmly says that Manmeet did the right thing by standing up for the patient and removing them from the case.
Harry continues confronting Karthik about his behavior and asks if he understands how badly this incident could damage their family’s reputation. He reminds him that Manmeet is their employee and that if she decides to approach the police, the consequences could be devastating.
Meanwhile, Aarambhi tells Raj that the most important thing now is ensuring justice for Manmeet. She asks Raj to support her in this matter. Raj agrees to help, although he comments that Manmeet often behaves harshly with others. Aarambhi refuses to criticize Manmeet and insists that standing against wrongdoing is never wrong.
At the same time, Dimple grows increasingly frustrated because she cannot locate Aarambhi anywhere. Nandita approaches her with worrying news. She tells Dimple that Karthik is actually her cousin’s son and claims that Manmeet forced her juniors to bring bhang and then drank it herself. According to Nandita’s version, Manmeet pressured the boys to take her to the farmhouse and Raj was also present.
Dimple is shocked by the story. Nandita further claims that Manmeet mixed something into Raj’s drink, which caused him to lose consciousness.
Meanwhile, Aarambhi tells Raj that society often blames women for the mistakes of men. She firmly believes that Manmeet deserves support and justice. Aarambhi declares that she will stand by Manmeet no matter what and refuses to back down from the fight.
The episode ends with tension rising as two completely different versions of the truth begin spreading.
