Dr. Aarambhi 6th May 2026 Written Update: Vihaan Goes Missing While Vishwas and Avantika Dream About Europe
The episode begins with Vihaan asking Arambhi to join them for an outing. Before she can answer, Vishwas taunts Arambhi by saying she is too busy with work to spend time with her son. He proudly says he will take time out for Vihaan himself and asks Raj to manage his important meeting instead.
Avantika also hands over her appointments to Manmeet and leaves with Vishwas and the children. Raj and Manmeet later leave together too. Their growing bond does not go unnoticed because Dimple and Nandita secretly observe them from a distance.
Meanwhile, Arambhi confronts Vishwas for emotionally manipulating Vihaan against her. Vishwas coldly tells her to surrender her medical license and stop dreaming about becoming a doctor again. According to him, he will never allow her to succeed professionally. He further orders her to complete the punishment Avantika assigned.
Arambhi quietly starts cleaning but refuses to break emotionally. She tells Vishwas that after ten years, her biggest illusion finally shattered because she truly believed he would support her one day. She boldly challenges him, saying he can never defeat her spirit. Vishwas silently accepts the challenge and decides to make her life miserable inside the hospital.
Elsewhere, Manmeet questions Raj about Vishwas’ cruel behavior toward Arambhi. Raj admits he cannot openly oppose Vishwas because he is both his elder brother and senior. Still, he asks Manmeet to help Arambhi somehow. Manmeet playfully turns it into a bet and says she will definitely support Arambhi. Raj agrees to her condition.
At the same time, Dimple secretly contacts a pandit to quickly finalize Raj’s marriage before he falls in love with Manmeet. The pandit immediately fixes a roka ceremony for the same day. Dimple proudly says Nyra is the perfect match because she comes from an influential family and fits their status perfectly.
Back at the hospital, a nurse hands several files to Arambhi for checking. While working, Arambhi suddenly starts missing Vihaan badly. Her motherly instincts become restless, and she decides to call him immediately.
Meanwhile, Vishwas and Avantika enjoy lunch together while discussing Arambhi. Vishwas tells Avantika that Arambhi openly challenged him. Avantika confidently says she will soon force Arambhi to quit the hospital permanently. They happily begin planning a Europe trip together after removing Arambhi from their path.
Nearby, Vihaan feels bored because Saniya remains busy using her mobile phone. Vishwas casually asks him to use the phone too, but Vihaan refuses because his mother doesn’t allow extra screen time. Vishwas impatiently tells him to do whatever he wants as long as he doesn’t disturb them.
At that moment, Vihaan notices a balloon vendor outside and excitedly asks Vishwas for ten rupees. Busy booking Europe tickets with Avantika, Vishwas dismisses him carelessly. Vihaan quietly runs after the balloon seller alone.
Elsewhere, Dimple finalizes Raj’s roka plans with the Malhotra family. Nandita questions whether Nyra is truly suitable for Raj, but Dimple insists she only wants a rich and socially influential daughter-in-law. She fears Raj may develop feelings for Manmeet otherwise.
Meanwhile, Vishwas continues arranging the Europe vacation, making Avantika extremely happy. Suddenly, he receives an emergency call from the hospital regarding a merger issue and prepares to leave. Only then does he realize Vihaan is missing.
Panic spreads instantly.
Vishwas and Avantika begin searching everywhere while Saniya admits she has no idea where Vihaan went. Vishwas remembers Vihaan saying he felt bored and suspects he wandered outside. They start showing Vihaan’s photo to nearby people.
A balloon vendor finally reveals that Vihaan bought a balloon and went toward another direction. Locals immediately criticize Vishwas and Avantika for failing to take care of such a small child properly. Vishwas gets angry hearing the accusations, but Avantika calms him down.
At the hospital, Arambhi suddenly feels deeply uneasy. Her instincts tell her something is wrong with Vihaan, and her fear grows stronger.

Precap: Vishwas tells Arambhi that if she wanted to chase her career, she should never have become a mother. He refuses to let Vihaan stay with her. Arambhi angrily reminds him that Vihaan almost met with a terrible accident while Vishwas remained busy with Avantika. She finally declares that Avantika has already come between their family completely.
