Anupama 10th May 2026 Written Update: Anupama Breaks Down Missing Anuj, Shruti Adds Fuel To Rahi’s Anger
Today’s episode begins on a heartbreaking note as Anupama sits alone remembering every hurtful word spoken by Rahi. The pain of her daughter’s accusations completely shatters her emotionally.
Anupama talks to Anuj’s picture and asks if he heard how badly Rahi insulted her. She breaks down in tears while remembering the ugly confrontation. Anupama says she does not regret slapping Rahi this time because Rahi had crossed every limit with her disgusting accusations.
She recalls how she tolerated Rahi’s behavior many times earlier too, but this time the insult became unbearable.
Anupama emotionally asks Anuj why he left her alone to face the world. She begs him to return and hold her hand publicly so everyone stops questioning her character and intentions. In her emotional breakdown, Anupama even says that if Anuj truly loved her, then he should come back to support her now.
Suddenly, Anuj appears before her in imagination.
He gently consoles Anupama and silently encourages her not to break down. The emotional vision comforts Anupama for a moment before he disappears again. Anupama becomes emotional after realizing it was only her imagination.
Still, she smiles through tears and thanks Anuj for always remaining her invisible strength and shadow. She says Anuj once again made her believe in herself. Anupama decides she cannot keep crying in front of the world because people only judge weak women.
She says only Anuj truly understood her tears and silence.
Gathering courage again, Anupama vows to fulfill Anuj’s dream no matter what happens.
Meanwhile, tension continues inside the Kothari house too.
Anil notices that Vasundhara stayed awake the entire night thinking about the Shah family drama. He advises her to end the matter and move on peacefully.
But Vasundhara refuses.
She says she cannot forget the humiliation she faced because of the Shahs and again blames Anupama for everything. Gautam shamelessly starts questioning Anupama’s character once more.
Prem immediately shuts him down.
Prem says he may be angry with Anupama personally, but nobody has the right to attack her character. His strong response shocks everyone.
Khyati also supports Anupama openly.
Vasundhara becomes furious seeing Khyati defending Anupama repeatedly. She sarcastically asks if Khyati blindly follows Anupama now.
Khyati finally loses patience and reminds Vasundhara about her own hypocrisy.
She questions how Vasundhara allowed Parag to freely meet his female friends in London without any judgment. Khyati also reminds everyone that Shruti herself lived with Anuj before marriage, yet she was welcomed respectfully into the family.
Khyati asks why only Anupama and women like her are constantly judged and taunted.
Rahi becomes irritated hearing Anupama’s name repeatedly. She says she feels disgusted whenever anyone talks about Anupama now.
Khyati warns Rahi that someone is constantly fueling her anger against her own mother. She says one day Rahi may lose Anupama forever because of this hatred.
Elsewhere, Digvijay quietly decides to leave because he feels his presence is worsening Anupama’s troubles.
But Anupama stops him.
She firmly says if Digvijay leaves now, people will assume their relationship was actually wrong. Anupama makes it clear that with or without Digvijay, she will fulfill Saavi and Anuj’s dream successfully.
Still, she tells Digvijay that the final decision is his alone.
At the same time, Shruti once again manipulates the situation cleverly.
She tells Khyati that as long as she remains with Rahi, Rahi will never lose a mother’s love. Shruti then indirectly compares herself with Anupama.
She reminds Khyati that she once stayed with Anuj because she hoped they would eventually marry. According to Shruti, Anupama living with Digvijay only has two possibilities — either their relationship is beginning now or it already started long ago.
Khyati gets shocked hearing Shruti’s poisonous words.
Meanwhile, Anupama motivates herself once again and says nothing can distract her from her mission anymore. She decides to move forward with strength regardless of society’s judgment or support.
Back at Shah house, Kinjal, Mahi, Ansh, and Ishani stop Hasmuk from doing household cleaning work.
Hasmuk sadly says cleaning physical dirt is easy, but cleaning dirty mindsets is impossible.
Pakhi and Paritosh once again start blaming Anupama. They complain that Hasmuk always supports Anupama even though she never supposedly does anything for them.
Hasmuk finally loses his temper hearing their selfish accusations.
Leela then asks Hasmuk to convince Digvijay to leave quietly because his presence is creating more gossip around Anupama.
But Hasmuk firmly refuses.
He says he will neither stop Anupama nor Digvijay from living their lives according to their wishes.
Meanwhile, both Anupama and Rahi continue suffering emotionally from the ugly confrontation.
Digvijay gently consoles Anupama and understands her pain. On the other side, Rahi emotionally tells Prem that she can never become Anupama’s priority no matter what happens.
Digvijay explains to Anupama that Rahi may have felt deeply insulted after getting slapped publicly in front of the Kotharis and Prem.
Anupama regrets losing control emotionally but says she could not tolerate hearing filthy accusations from her own daughter. She says no daughter should speak so disrespectfully about her mother’s character.
Even after everything, Anupama says she still loves Rahi endlessly.
But heartbreakingly, Rahi tells Prem that according to her, Anupama never truly loved her at all.
The emotional distance between mother and daughter keeps growing painfully.

Vasundhara accuses Anupama of using Mahi to take revenge on the Kotharis. Secretly, Vasundhara and Gautam plan to destroy Anupama’s café before its launch. Meanwhile, Anupama encourages Mahi to follow her heart without fearing society or the Kotharis.
