Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 12th May 2026 Written Update: Pari Wins The Court Case As Ajay’s Feelings Grow Stronger
The episode begins with an emotional moment outside Shantiniketan. Nandini opens the main gate just as Rio quietly walks away from the house before anyone notices him properly. Tulsi steps outside after seeing Nandini at the entrance, but Rio disappears before she can stop him. Nandini asks Karan whom he was talking to near the gate. Karan nervously lies and says someone was asking for the address. Tulsi silently senses something unusual while Karan quickly changes the topic and reminds Nandini that everyone is already stressed because of Pari’s court case. Tulsi turns back once again, almost feeling Rio’s presence around her.
Inside the house, the entire Virani family remains restless about Pari’s fate. Sobha encourages Aryan to handle the case strongly in court. Aryan confidently says Gautam is guiding him brilliantly, while Sobha reminds him that Gautam fully trusts his abilities. Tulsi silently prays for Pari’s freedom as everyone prepares for the important court hearing.
Soon, the court proceedings begin and the atmosphere becomes tense immediately. The opposition lawyer aggressively attacks Pari’s character and drags her painful past into the courtroom. He questions her failed marriages and accuses her of intentionally killing Ranvijay. Pari stands shattered hearing the harsh accusations but still tries defending herself calmly. The lawyer continuously humiliates her and paints her as a dangerous woman before the judge.
Ajay suddenly loses his patience and interrupts the hearing. He firmly tells the court that Pari actually saved someone’s life and reminds everyone that Ranvijay himself was a criminal. The judge immediately warns Ajay to remain seated or he will be thrown out of the courtroom. Aryan then takes control of the situation smartly and calls Subhash as the first witness.
Aryan requests Subhash to tell the complete truth so justice can finally happen for Pari. Subhash emotionally reveals how cruel Ranvijay was in real life. He tells the judge that Ranvijay constantly tortured Pari physically and mentally. He explains that Ranvijay only wanted money and always treated Pari violently. According to Subhash, Ranvijay kidnapped Sunny to take revenge on Pari and destroy her life completely. Even the opposition lawyer struggles to counter Subhash’s powerful testimony.
Aryan cleverly thanks the lawyer for indirectly strengthening Pari’s case through the discussion. He then calls Indira Parekh to the witness stand. Aryan asks Indira about Pari’s relationship with Sunny. Indira emotionally tells the court that Sunny loves Pari deeply and considers her like his own mother. She says Pari always cared for Sunny selflessly and could never harm him or anyone around him. Her statement creates a strong emotional impact inside the courtroom.
Aryan next calls Ajay to explain exactly what happened on the day of the incident. Ajay bravely narrates the horrifying truth before everyone. He explains that Ranvijay kidnapped Sunny by mistake instead of Garima and demanded ransom money. Ajay recalls how he and Pari reached the location to save Sunny and got involved in a violent fight with Ranvijay and his goons. He emotionally says Pari only tried protecting Sunny and during the struggle Ranvijay accidentally got hit by the rod.
Ajay shocks everyone by saying that if anyone deserves punishment, it should be him too because Pari was only trying to save his son. His emotional confession changes the mood of the courtroom completely. Aryan then presents his powerful closing argument and says this entire incident was clearly an accident caused during self-defence. He tells the judge that Pari chose humanity over fear and risked everything to save a helpless child. Aryan strongly says Pari deserves appreciation, not punishment.
The judge announces that the final verdict will be delivered after the lunch break. Pari gets taken away temporarily by the police while the family anxiously waits outside. Tulsi consoles Pari emotionally and assures her that the truth will win. Pari requests the police to give her two minutes before leaving. She emotionally thanks Ajay’s family for standing beside her during the worst phase of her life. Indira thanks Pari for saving Sunny while Priya encourages her not to lose hope. Pari finally regains some emotional strength after hearing their support.
Ajay and Pari share an intense emotional eye contact before she leaves with the police. Their growing emotional bond becomes impossible to ignore now.
Finally, the judge returns with the verdict. He accepts that Ranvijay was abusive toward Pari and had kidnapped Sunny illegally. The court declares that Pari’s actions were purely in self-defence while trying to protect a child. All legal charges against Pari are dropped immediately, and she is declared not guilty.
The Virani family bursts into happiness after hearing the verdict. Tulsi becomes emotional and hugs Pari tightly. Sobha proudly praises Aryan for saving Pari successfully. Gautam immediately takes credit for the victory and confidently announces that Pari will now marry Aryan. His statement visibly affects Ajay, who silently walks away from the courtroom feeling heartbroken.
Pari notices Ajay leaving and rushes after him. She stops him and says she finally feels relieved after the nightmare ended. Ajay thanks Pari once again for saving Sunny and giving his son another life. Pari humbly replies that anyone in her place would have done the same thing, but her emotional eyes reveal how deeply Ajay’s support mattered to her.
