Dr. Aarambhi 15th May 2026 Written Update: Avantika’s Dangerous Trap Begins, Vihaan’s Life Falls in Danger
Today’s episode begins with Arambhi lovingly asking Raj and Vihaan to stay careful before she leaves for the hospital. The morning starts on a peaceful note, but hidden conspiracies slowly begin tightening around Arambhi from every direction.
At the hospital, Harsh rushes in with Kunika, whose hand has been badly burned. Harsh immediately says he will inform Dhruv about the accident, but Kunika strongly refuses. She clearly states that she only wants Arambhi to treat her.
Avantika notices the situation carefully.
She steps forward to examine Kunika’s injury, but Kunika refuses to even let her touch the wound. Vishwas also tries convincing Kunika that the hospital will provide the best treatment possible because she is the trustee of the hospital.
Still, Kunika remains stubborn.
She says she trusts only Arambhi.
Avantika silently realizes that this situation could become the perfect opportunity to destroy Arambhi completely.
Meanwhile, Raj and Vihaan prepare to leave for school on the bike. Manmeet arrives there, and both Raj and Vihaan happily ask her to join them. She agrees, creating another sweet family moment between them.
Elsewhere, Avantika impatiently asks the nurse where Arambhi is because it is already her reporting time. Right then, Arambhi enters the hospital.
She immediately checks Kunika’s injury and asks how the accident happened. Avantika interrupts and asks whether Arambhi and Kunika knew each other earlier.
Arambhi calmly replies yes.
Avantika then suddenly starts praising Arambhi in front of everyone and officially hands over Kunika’s case to her. This unusual sweetness immediately makes Arambhi suspicious because Avantika has never supported her before.
Behind the scenes, the real conspiracy continues growing darker.
A goon calls Avantika and informs her that he failed to kidnap Vihaan because Raj and Manmeet were accompanying him. However, he promises to complete the kidnapping in the evening.
Avantika gets furious and scolds him for calling on the wrong number.
Meanwhile, Raj and Manmeet share adorable moments while riding toward the hospital. Their growing bond continues bringing warmth into the otherwise tense storyline.
At the hospital, Arambhi examines Kunika carefully and explains that the injury is serious enough to require surgery. Avantika again pushes Arambhi forward and insists that she handle the surgery personally.
Vishwas becomes uncomfortable and says Arambhi cannot manage such a major operation.
But Avantika already has a horrifying plan in motion.
Outside the room, Avantika reveals her conspiracy to Vishwas. She explains that Kunika being the trustee of the hospital makes this surgery extremely important. According to her plan, Arambhi will be emotionally distracted after Vihaan’s kidnapping and will eventually ruin Kunika’s surgery herself.
Avantika plans to step in later as the savior while Arambhi’s reputation gets completely destroyed.
Her goal is clear.
She wants the world to see Arambhi as both a careless mother and an incompetent doctor.
Vishwas silently listens while guilt and selfishness continue fighting inside him.
Inside the room, Kunika emotionally talks to Arambhi and asks whether she is facing any difficulties in rebuilding her medical career. Arambhi confidently says she is ready to fight every challenge in life.
She also thanks Kunika sincerely because her support helped her restart her practice.
Kunika gets emotional and asks Arambhi to stop calling her “Kunika Ma’am” and instead call her “Dadi.” Arambhi happily agrees.
Kunika then lovingly says she wishes Raj marries someone exactly like Arambhi one day. Arambhi smiles and tells her not to worry because everything good will happen with time.
Before leaving, Arambhi takes Kunika’s blessings because this surgery is her first major case after returning professionally.
Meanwhile, Avantika starts another manipulation.
She secretly calls Dimple and reveals that she has discovered a major secret related to Manmeet. Avantika says she has already sent all the details and now Dimple can use this information to control Manmeet emotionally like a puppet.
Dimple becomes thrilled and thanks Avantika.
Avantika coldly replies that there is no need for thanks because they are family.
After cutting the call, Avantika smirks confidently and thinks that soon Arambhi’s entire life and career will collapse together.
Just then, Arambhi arrives there unexpectedly.
Avantika quickly changes her tone and once again pretends to support her. She reminds Arambhi that Kunika is the trustee of the hospital and asks her to handle the surgery carefully.
Arambhi senses something deeply wrong but remains silent.
The episode ends with danger silently surrounding Arambhi from every side while her enemies prepare to destroy both her motherhood and career together.

Vihaan finally gets kidnapped. The kidnapper blackmails Arambhi and tells her that if she wants to save her son alive, she must kill her patient Kunika during surgery. Meanwhile, Vishwas silently thinks that Arambhi’s medical career will end before it truly begins.

The scenes between Raj, Manmeet, and Vihaan added emotional softness amid the heavy plotting. Kunika’s trust in Arambhi also created strong emotional depth and increased the tension because viewers already know Avantika plans to misuse that trust.
The upcoming kidnapping track looks extremely intense because Arambhi will now face the toughest test of her life as both a mother and doctor.
