Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 15th May 2026 Written Update: Armaan-Abhira Misunderstand Each Other Again, Aryan Slams Krish
Today’s episode begins with Myra asking Abhira to help her find a missing hair clip. At the same time, Mukti accidentally bumps into Armaan. Armaan learns that Mukti cannot see properly without her spectacles. Mukti says she will go and search for her specs herself, but Armaan asks Myra to stay with Mukti while he looks for them instead.
Myra and Mukti secretly feel happy because their matchmaking plan is finally moving forward.
Soon, both Armaan and Abhira receive letters in their names. Curious, they head outside where Armaan unveils a beautiful vintage car. He instantly gets excited seeing the classic vehicle. Myra cleverly tells Abhira that Armaan specially planned everything while thinking about Kaveri’s birthday celebration.
Meanwhile, Armaan assumes their therapist arranged this surprise long drive so that he and Abhira could finally sort out their relationship issues peacefully.
Elsewhere, Kaveri emotionally reveals to Myra and Mukti that their grandfather had proposed to her in the exact same vintage car years ago. The ladies become hopeful that this emotional setup may finally bring Armaan and Abhira closer again.
However, the entire plan crashes within minutes.
Abhira suddenly refuses to join Armaan for the ride in the vintage car. Armaan gets upset and confused by her reaction. Abhira assumes that Armaan wants to gift the car to Kaveri and does not care about her opinion at all. On the other hand, Armaan feels hurt because he thinks Abhira rejected the therapist’s effort to mend their relationship.
Both silently misunderstand each other once again.
Kaveri quickly realizes that Myra and Mukti accidentally delivered different messages to Armaan and Abhira, completely ruining the romantic setup.
Armaan grows angry thinking Abhira never wants to fix things between them. Meanwhile, Abhira feels Armaan still dismisses her thoughts and opinions like before. Their frustration increases without either of them knowing the truth.
Kaveri immediately asks Myra and Mukti to confess everything before the misunderstanding becomes bigger.
Later, Abhira reflects on her reaction and realizes she should have calmly shared her opinion with love instead of reacting impulsively. She decides to talk to Armaan and clear things up.
Interestingly, Armaan also hesitates while trying to speak to Abhira. Both clearly want to reconnect but their ego and awkwardness keep stopping them.
Before they can talk properly, Vidya interrupts Armaan. Vidya softly asks him whether she can help with Kaveri’s birthday arrangements too. Even this small conversation makes Vidya emotional because Armaan is finally speaking to her normally again.
Elsewhere, Manoj discusses Sanjay and Krish with Kajal. Kajal honestly says she hopes both Sanjay and Krish stay away from Kaveri’s birthday celebration because they only create problems.
Meanwhile, Myra and Mukti finally manage to tell Armaan and Abhira the truth about their matchmaking plan. They reveal that the vintage car ride was arranged specially to bring them closer.
Instead of getting emotional, both Armaan and Abhira scold the girls for interfering in their personal matters. Armaan sternly asks Mukti to stay away from his and Abhira’s relationship issues.
The emotional atmosphere soon shifts toward another major family problem.
Aryan requests Abhira to invite Disha’s family for Kaveri’s birthday because Disha herself is refusing to attend the function. Abhira calls Mamta personally and invites her warmly, but Mamta refuses to come.
Soon, Damyanti reveals the shocking truth that Krish has badly mistreated Disha emotionally. She demands that Krish apologize immediately for his behavior.
Abhira confidently assures Damyanti that Krish will definitely apologize to Disha.
However, things take another ugly turn.
Abhira confronts Krish and asks him to apologize sincerely to Disha. But Krish arrogantly refuses. Armaan loses his patience and scolds Krish for repeatedly hurting Tanya, Kajal, and Disha emotionally.
Armaan demands to know what exactly Krish’s problem is.
Krish sarcastically replies that his own life is perfectly sorted while Armaan’s life remains completely complicated and messy. Aryan becomes furious hearing Krish’s attitude and says he cannot believe his behavior anymore.
Still, Armaan and Abhira promise Aryan that somehow Krish will apologize to Disha eventually.
The episode ends with tension rising strongly within the Poddar family once again.

Krish insults Disha badly and warns her to remain silent. He says people who give free advice deserve to stay under his shoe. Furious, Aryan slaps Krish hard.
Kaveri asks Aryan to apologize immediately, but Armaan supports Aryan and says he would have reacted the same way if anyone insulted Abhira similarly.
Abhira disagrees and says violence can never be justified when the other person is not physically aggressive.
Review
Today’s episode focused heavily on misunderstandings, emotional hesitation, and family conflicts. The vintage car setup had beautiful emotional potential, but the failed communication between Armaan and Abhira once again proved how deeply broken their relationship still is.
Myra and Mukti’s innocent matchmaking attempts brought light-hearted moments, while Kaveri’s emotional connection to the vintage car added nostalgia and warmth.
The real emotional punch came from the Krish-Disha conflict. Krish is slowly becoming one of the most frustrating characters in the story because of his arrogance and disrespectful behavior.
Armaan supporting Aryan in the precap hints at another major clash between Armaan and Abhira regarding values, anger, and relationships.
