Mannat 18th May 2026 Written Update: Vikrant Begs Dhairya to Stay, But a Dangerous Storm Begins
The episode starts with Neetu telling Vikrant that Dhairya only helped their family because of guilt and does not deserve forgiveness. Vikrant becomes emotional hearing this and openly admits that even he does not deserve forgiveness for his past sins.
He painfully confesses that he abandoned Mannat during her pregnancy and even threw his own parents out of the house. Vikrant says he deserves punishment for his actions and even admits he should have been in jail for ruining so many lives.
He further reminds Neetu that she created fake evidence against Dhairya, which itself is a serious crime. Vikrant points out that despite everything, Dhairya never tried to destroy them in return because he could never see his brother suffer.
Vikrant emotionally says that although Dua is his biological daughter, Dhairya is the one she truly sees as her baba.
He warns Neetu that if anyone tries forcing Dua away from Dhairya, then he himself will send Mannat and Dua away from his life forever. Mannat immediately takes Vikrant away before the argument grows further.
Meanwhile, Yashika silently fumes seeing Vikrant and Mannat getting closer again. She realizes that if their misunderstandings get solved, she will completely lose her place in Vikrant’s life. She continues poisoning Neetu’s mind against Dhairya and suggests that they should force him to leave the mansion permanently.
Elsewhere, Yuvi asks Mallika to narrate Lord Krishna’s story to him. Mallika secretly feels frustrated about living in the house and tolerating everyone only because of Yuvi’s support.
While narrating the story, Mallika notices Dhairya listening quietly nearby and cleverly uses the opportunity to manipulate him emotionally. She tells Dhairya that Vikrant loves deeply and will eventually win Dua’s heart completely. According to her, one day Dua may choose Vikrant over him.
Dhairya gets disturbed hearing this and firmly says Dua is his daughter and she will always stay with him.
Later, Dhairya is seen praying silently before God. Dua notices his sadness and feels bad for him. To cheer him up, she starts singing lovingly for him. Roni also joins her emotionally.
At the same moment, Mannat arrives holding Vikrant’s hand happily. The sight completely breaks Dhairya internally. He quietly tries to walk away, unable to handle the emotional pain.
Sensing his feelings, Mannat starts singing for him too while Vikrant silently steps back and allows the moment to belong to Dhairya and Dua.
Dua then innocently asks Mannat to promise that nobody will force her to call Vikrant her father. Mannat hugs her emotionally.
Vikrant assures Dua that he will never force any relationship upon her. He says he is ready to wait patiently until she accepts him naturally. He openly accepts that Dhairya shares a very special bond with Dua and has full rights in her life.
Vikrant then tells Mannat that they must honestly speak to Dhairya instead of hiding emotions anymore.
Soon, Dhairya is seen packing his luggage quietly. Vikrant enters the room and apologizes sincerely for hurting him repeatedly. He thanks Dhairya for saving his life and emotionally hugs him.
Vikrant admits that Dhairya fulfilled every responsibility of an elder brother while he himself failed terribly as both a husband and brother. He regrets filing the custody case and says he never truly understood the depth of Dhairya and Dua’s bond.
Vikrant also apologizes for the false accusations and dirty conspiracy against Dhairya. With folded emotions, he requests Dhairya to give him another chance and stay together as a family.
Mannat also speaks emotionally and tells Dhairya that her love for Vikrant does not mean she will ever abandon him. She assures him that Vikrant is only joining their family, not replacing him.
Vikrant once again pleads with Dhairya to stay.
Finally, after a long emotional struggle, Dhairya agrees to remain with them.
The episode ends on an emotional yet uneasy note as the family finally reunites emotionally, but hidden pain still remains inside Dhairya’s heart.
