Anupama 19th May 2026 Written Update: Prem Publicly Insults Anupama, Digvijay Burns in Anger
Today’s episode begins with Prem taking blessings from Vasundhara before the grand opening of his café. Vasundhara proudly blesses Prem and wishes that his business reaches great heights. Leela and Hasmuk also bless him warmly while Paritosh and Pakhi cannot stop praising the luxurious look of the café. They indirectly mock Anupama’s small café and compare Prem’s setup with hers.
Shruti proudly says that Prem worked hard for this dream while Prem gives credit to Prerna for supporting him throughout the journey. Shruti quickly reminds everyone that Prerna is still learning under Prem’s guidance. The subtle control in Shruti’s words does not go unnoticed.
Meanwhile, Anupama arrives with a thoughtful gift for Prem. Before she can even properly meet him, Shruti interrupts her coldly and says that media interactions are about to begin, so only family members should stay near the inauguration area. The statement quietly hurts Anupama.

Elsewhere, Banku becomes restless thinking that Prem and Rahi may insult Anupama publicly again. Digvijay calmly says that when a mother wishes to see her child happy, nobody can stop her from going.
Soon, Vasundhara asks Prem to make one promise before the inauguration. She says Shruti deserves to cut the ribbon because Prem’s café exists only because of her support. Prem immediately agrees and indirectly taunts Anupama again by praising Shruti for giving him opportunities while accusing Anupama of snatching them from him in the past.
The media quickly turns the inauguration into a battlefield by asking Rahi whether this café is meant to compete with Anupama’s café. Shruti smartly flips the situation and questions how anyone can compare their café with Anupama’s small business.
At the same time, reporters ask Anupama if she feels threatened by Prem and Rahi’s success. Anupama calmly answers that a mother never competes with her children. She says mothers only bless their children, even when relationships become bitter.
The inauguration finally begins. Shruti, Vasundhara, Prem, and Rahi cut the ribbon together while Prerna stands aside with tears in her eyes. The moment quietly exposes how isolated she has become despite helping Prem build the café.

Anupama finally realizes she made a mistake by attending the inauguration. With tears hidden behind her calm face, she silently blesses Prem before leaving the café.
Digvijay watches everything helplessly. His clenched fists reveal the anger burning inside him after witnessing Anupama’s insult.
Before leaving, Rahi asks the Shah family to at least take sweets from the café. Kinjal refuses firmly and says after insulting Anupama so badly, they cannot celebrate anything there.
Hasmuk emotionally tells Prem that hurting a mother always brings consequences with time.
Khyati apologizes to the Shah family on Prem’s behalf while Anupama silently walks away carrying another emotional wound in her heart.
The episode ends on an emotional note as Anupama quietly breaks down internally after being insulted by the very people she once lived for.
