Do Duniya Ek Dil 20th May 2026 Written Update: Aadhya Exposes Suraj While Baldev Plans a Big Move
The episode starts with Baldev getting trapped in his own emotions. He imagines a frightening situation where Aadhya might hurt herself if he attacks Shivaay. The disturbing thought leaves him restless and confused.
Meanwhile, another drama quietly unfolds inside Shivaay’s house.
Suraj secretly steals ₹1.5 lakh that his mother had carefully kept inside the cupboard. While leaving the house, he accidentally bumps into someone and almost gets caught as the money falls down. Somehow managing the situation, Suraj directly heads toward a gambling spot.
His gambling friends become surprised seeing him with money after recently struggling financially.
Suraj proudly flashes ₹1.5 lakh and joins the game.
But trouble arrives quickly.
Aadhya reaches the place and immediately exposes him. She reveals that the money belongs to Shivaay and was saved for an important installment payment.
The gamblers refuse to return the money and argue that once money enters gambling, it never comes back.
Right then, Shivaay arrives.
He blasts everyone for their behavior. Moments later, police enter the scene. The inspector arrests the gamblers and almost takes Suraj too. However, Aadhya surprisingly requests the inspector to spare him.
Back home, Shivaay reveals everything to Pratima.
He tells her how Suraj stole money and got caught gambling. Even after being exposed, Suraj shamelessly continues lying.

Suraj supports Sonam.
Thankfully, Shivaay arrives just in time and protects Aadhya.
Then begins Sonam’s usual emotional drama.
She walks outside the house and starts creating a public scene in the colony. Sonam announces that life became miserable after Aadhya entered their house.
Some neighbors initially agree.
Sonam dramatically declares she and Suraj will stay outside until Aadhya apologizes.
Shivaay refuses to entertain the drama and gives Sonam one final warning — nobody will disrespect Aadhya again.
Aadhya still tries convincing Sonam and Suraj to come inside.
Pratima stops her.
She confidently says Sonam’s drama will not last long.
Exactly as expected, once neighbors leave, Sonam and Suraj quietly return home.
Their sudden behavior completely confuses Aadhya.
Later, Pratima emotionally thanks Aadhya for protecting Shivaay’s hard-earned money. She asks Aadhya to call her “Maa,” making the moment deeply emotional.
Elsewhere, Sonam secretly plans revenge.
She tells Suraj they must break Pratima and Aadhya’s growing bond.
The episode closes on a warm emotional note as Pratima gives Aadhya her mother’s saree to wear for a temple visit, calling it a precious memory.
Aadhya hugs her emotionally.
But another storm waits ahead.
