Dr. Aarambhi 22nd May 2026 Written Update: Aarambhi Runs Against Time as Vihaan Escapes His Kidnapper Again
Today’s episode begins with tension building from the very first moment as Avantika takes complete control of the situation inside the hospital. She asks Aarambhi to switch off her phone and place it inside a basket before entering for an important surgery. Aarambhi quietly follows instructions without realizing how badly things are spiraling outside. Elsewhere, Vihaan desperately tries asking strangers for help because he wants to call his mother. One by one, people refuse him. Finally, one kind man agrees to help. Vihaan immediately calls Aarambhi. For a brief second, hope appears. But television villains rarely allow peace to survive longer than two minutes. Avantika notices Aarambhi’s phone ringing and instantly suspects Vihaan called her. Without hesitation, she grabs the phone and switches it off.
Vihaan feels shattered after losing his chance to speak to his mother. The stranger who helped him apologizes because he has an important exam and cannot stay longer. Suddenly another problem explodes unexpectedly. A nurse enters the operation area and informs Avantika that Kunika is missing. Panic slowly spreads. Avantika immediately leaves to investigate while Aarambhi becomes worried too. Elsewhere, Raj reaches home only to find emptiness waiting for him. He calls Manmeet repeatedly, but her phone remains unreachable. Raj starts overthinking and wonders whether Manmeet disappeared because of his proposal. Television logic truly never misses opportunities for emotional assumptions. Meanwhile, Avantika questions Kuldeep about Kunika. Kuldeep calmly says Avantika herself should answer because her own nurse took Kunika away.
Soon everyone gathers while blame quietly starts spreading around the hospital corridors. Vishwas asks Avantika where Kunika went. Avantika immediately shifts responsibility toward Aarambhi. But this time Aarambhi does not stay silent. She reminds everyone that Avantika herself forced her into the operation theatre and prevented her from staying beside Kunika. Other doctors support Aarambhi too. Vishwas quickly handles the situation maturely and says this is not the time for blame games. Finding Kunika matters more. He asks everyone to collect their phones and begin searching immediately. Aarambhi suddenly remembers something important. Earlier, she secretly gave Kunika a small note, which explains why Kunika disappeared intentionally to help her. Avantika notices Aarambhi smiling quietly and instantly becomes suspicious.
Meanwhile, Kunika enjoys an unexpected escape from hospital drama in the most unusual place possible. Kuldeep finally reaches her over the phone. Kunika casually reveals she is resting peacefully inside the mortuary while eating ice cream because everyone keeps disturbing Aarambhi unnecessarily. Somehow only television serials can successfully combine hospital tension and ice cream breaks beside mortuary scenes without blinking. Kunika also asks whether Dhruv has been informed. Kuldeep assures her he is already coming. Elsewhere, Aarambhi turns her phone back on and immediately calls the unknown number that contacted her earlier. A man answers and confirms Vihaan’s location. He reveals Vihaan was near Ala Nagar bus stop before he had to leave for his exam.
Aarambhi wastes no time. She rushes outside immediately. But danger keeps moving faster. Avantika secretly contacts the kidnapper again and demands video proof because she plans using Vihaan’s situation to emotionally blackmail Aarambhi. Unfortunately for her, the kidnapper brings bad news instead. Vihaan escaped again. Avantika loses patience instantly and orders him to find Vihaan and tie him properly this time. At that exact moment, Vishwas appears and asks Avantika whom she is talking to. She lies immediately and claims she spoke to a ward boy. Vishwas then asks the question she clearly does not expect. Is Vihaan okay? Avantika quickly says yes. Vishwas calmly asks her to show him the video. For one brief moment, Avantika looks trapped.
Meanwhile, Vihaan desperately searches for safety while running away from Ratan. He enters an unfinished construction building hoping to hide. Ratan notices him immediately and follows upstairs. Elsewhere, Aarambhi reaches the bus stop and begins searching for her son desperately. She shows Vihaan’s picture to strangers while tears slowly fill her eyes. Then she finds something that breaks her emotionally — Vihaan’s badge. Her fear immediately grows stronger because mothers somehow always know when danger stands close. She keeps searching desperately before noticing something horrifying nearby. Small footprints carrying blood stains.
Aarambhi freezes.
Her heart drops instantly.
She believes those footprints belong to Vihaan.
Without wasting another second, she starts following them.
The episode ends with Aarambhi racing against time while danger quietly closes in around Vihaan.
