Do Duniya Ek Dil 1st June 2026 Written Update: Is Baldev Secretly Plotting Against Shivay?
The episode begins with Aadhya unleashing her anger on Shivay after Baldev gets injured when the roof collapses. She refuses to listen to any explanation and accuses Shivay of being careless. Shivay reminds her that he repaired the roof right in front of her eyes and did everything properly. Aadhya, however, is too upset to hear his side. She insists that if the repair had been done correctly, Baldev would never have been hurt. Suraj and Aadhya immediately take Baldev inside, leaving Shivay standing there with a heavy heart.
The next day, Shivay is busy repairing a car when his friends once again warn him about Baldev. They tell him that Baldev’s intentions may not be as innocent as they appear. Shivay smiles and brushes away their concerns. He says that even if Baldev turns against him, he still has loyal friends who will always stand beside him. He adds that Mahadev is watching over him and protecting him.
Meanwhile, Shivay receives an important update from a police officer investigating Bunty’s case. The officer reveals that Bunty exchanged numerous phone calls with Suraj Pandey and that Suraj was also frequently communicating with an unknown number. While the information raises suspicion, Shivay remains cautious. He says he cannot take action without solid proof. The officer promises to connect him with a cybercrime expert who may uncover the missing links. Shivay agrees and hopes the truth will eventually come out.
Back at home, Pratima complains about the growing workload. With Suraj and Sonam constantly disappearing whenever responsibilities arise, the burden is falling on everyone else. Baldev’s presence has also increased the household’s responsibilities. Aadhya tries to calm her down and points out that Baldev has finally accepted Shivay and their family. Pratima agrees, though she remains worried.
As Aadhya and Pratima leave for grocery shopping, they ask Baldev to rest. Shivay promises that he will take care of him. Shortly afterward, Shivay receives an urgent work call. Baldev encourages him to leave and assures him that he is perfectly capable of managing on his own. Trusting him, Shivay heads out.
This decision quickly creates another problem.
With no water available at the house, Baldev joins a queue near a water tanker. A woman standing nearby is surprised to see him there. She remarks that a wealthy man like him could easily purchase dozens of water tankers. Baldev calmly explains that he is merely a guest in Shivay’s home and wants to experience the reality of Shivay’s life. He collects water and struggles to carry it back.
Suraj and Sonam silently watch the scene unfold.
When Pratima notices them doing nothing, she scolds them for their selfishness. Before anyone can help, Baldev stumbles while carrying the water container. Fortunately, Aadhya arrives just in time to catch him. She immediately notices that he is burning with fever.
Aadhya’s concern turns into anger.
She demands to know why Baldev was forced to fetch water himself and where Shivay disappeared. Baldev tries to defend Shivay by explaining that he insisted Shivay leave for work. Aadhya refuses to accept the explanation and blames Shivay once again.
Later, Suraj helps bring Baldev home.
Meanwhile, another storm is brewing elsewhere.
Yash starts a live stream and announces that viewers will finally see how the famous Ishq Ka Ittar perfume is made. Shivay arrives at the factory and is stunned to find Yash inside. Furious, he questions how Yash entered the premises.
Yash calmly replies that the factory belongs to both of them now.
He openly admits that he loves Aadhya and wants to win her heart. According to him, the best way to do that is by following Shivay’s path and becoming part of her world. During the argument, Yash accidentally gets hurt. Despite everything, Shivay immediately helps him. The moment highlights Shivay’s generous nature once again.
Back at home, Aadhya checks Baldev’s temperature and discovers that he has a dangerous fever of 103 degrees.
Just then Shivay returns.
Aadhya lashes out again, reminding him that he had promised to care for Baldev. Shivay sincerely apologizes and explains that work forced him to leave. Baldev once more takes responsibility for the situation and tells Aadhya not to blame Shivay.
Seeing how frightened Aadhya is, Shivay softens.
He holds his ears and apologizes playfully. Aadhya finally calms down and admits she was terrified after seeing her father sick. She also acknowledges that Baldev has made many sacrifices to support her marriage with Shivay. Shivay promises that he will never make such a mistake again.
Later, Shivay returns to the shop and begins arranging supplies. Baldev arrives and starts helping customers. Shivay asks him to rest, but Baldev refuses. He says sitting idle is not in his nature and insists on helping.
Shivay appreciates his enthusiasm.
After receiving another delivery request, Shivay leaves Baldev alone at the shop for a short while.
This is where things take an interesting turn.
The moment Shivay is away, Baldev quietly attempts to mix something into a container of pulses. Before he can complete whatever he is doing, Shivay unexpectedly returns to the shop.
Baldev is caught off guard.
The episode ends on this suspicious note, leaving viewers questioning whether Baldev is genuinely trying to support Shivay or secretly planning to destroy him from within.

While Shivay continued proving why he remains one of television’s most selfless heroes, Baldev’s mysterious actions raised major red flags. The final scene completely changed the tone of the episode and hinted at a much bigger conspiracy. Yash’s growing obsession with winning Aadhya back is also becoming increasingly dangerous.
