Dr. Aarambhi 1st June 2026 Written Update: Are Vishwas and Avantika Headed for Their Downfall?
The episode begins with tensions running high between Arambhi and Vishwas as another heated argument erupts between them. Before the situation can escalate further, Raj arrives with shocking news. He informs everyone that the police have reached the hospital.
Vishwas is immediately stunned and demands to know who called them.
Raj reveals that Dhruv contacted the police.
The revelation leaves Vishwas visibly shaken.
Soon, the police begin their investigation. The inspector questions Kunika about whether she has any enemies. Kunika honestly replies that she cannot think of anyone who would want to harm her.
Meanwhile, Manju and Balbir arrive at the hospital to meet Arambhi and Vihaan. Instead of welcoming them, Dimple taunts them and blames them for bringing trouble into the family.
Dhruv quickly steps forward and shuts down the accusations. He proudly reminds everyone that Arambhi saved his grandmother’s life and he saved Arambhi in return. He also introduces himself as the co-owner of the hospital and confirms that he personally called the police.
Manju becomes worried that Arambhi may face even more criticism because of the investigation. Dimple refuses to let go of her anger and blames Arambhi’s parents for failing to protect Vihaan during the kidnapping.
Arambhi immediately comes to her parents’ defense.
She firmly states that the kidnapping happened because she belongs to the Tandon family and that her parents are victims as well. She refuses to let anyone blame them for something beyond their control.
Before Dimple can continue her accusations, Suneel intervenes and asks everyone to let the police do their job.
The inspector asks to speak with Vihaan, but Arambhi requests him to take her statement first. The inspector agrees.
Arambhi then narrates every detail of the kidnapping case from the very beginning.
Elsewhere, panic grips Avantika and Vishwas.
Avantika reminds Vishwas that they are the real masterminds behind the kidnapping plot. She fears that if the investigation reaches the kidnapper, both of them will be exposed. Vishwas angrily blames her for creating such a reckless plan.
The two secretly move closer to the investigation area, desperate to hear exactly what Arambhi is telling the police.
At that moment, Dhruv asks Arambhi to show the threatening messages she received from the kidnappers. While Dimple again criticizes Arambhi for hiding the kidnapping from the family, Dhruv questions everyone.
He asks whether Vishwas would have remained silent if he had known his own son was kidnapped.
Arambhi calmly explains that her family would have supported her if they had known the truth.
Soon, Raj brings Vihaan to the hall.
The inspector asks the young boy to explain everything he remembers.
Vihaan reveals that the kidnapper was taking instructions from a woman.
His statement instantly changes the direction of the investigation.
The inspector says the mastermind is likely a woman and encourages Vihaan to share every detail he remembers.
The revelation terrifies Avantika.
She and Vishwas exchange nervous looks, which do not go unnoticed.
Dhruv quietly observes their reaction and begins suspecting that something is seriously wrong.
Vihaan becomes emotional while recalling the ordeal. Arambhi comforts him and asks the police to find the woman responsible as soon as possible.

Avantika warns Vishwas that if she gets exposed during the investigation, she will drag him down with her. Vishwas loses his temper and lashes out at her. He accuses her of allowing the kidnappers to torture and even slap his son.
He reminds Avantika that Vihaan means everything to him.
In a moment of rage, Vishwas raises his hand against her.
Avantika immediately pushes him away.
She warns him never to treat her the way he treats Arambhi. She coldly reminds him that he willingly agreed to the kidnapping plan because both of them wanted Arambhi out of their lives.
Unbeknownst to them, Dhruv is standing outside the room.
He overhears the entire conversation.
The shocking truth leaves him speechless.
Dhruv realizes that the real masterminds behind Vihaan’s kidnapping are none other than Avantika and Vishwas themselves.
Avantika continues threatening Vishwas, making it clear that if she falls, he will fall with her.
Dhruv silently processes everything and vows not to let them escape justice.
Moments later, Arambhi and Vihaan arrive outside the room. Avantika quickly steps out and notices Dhruv standing nearby. Fear flashes across her face as she wonders whether he heard their conversation.
Arambhi informs everyone that she is ending her shift early because Vihaan needs her.
The episode ends with Dhruv carrying the dangerous secret that could destroy Vishwas and Avantika forever.
