Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 1st July 2026 Written Update: Abhira Fears the Worst as Armaan’s Wedding and Surgery Draw Near
Today’s episode begins with Abhira reassuring Armaan that everything will fall into place, just as it always has. She tells him that his surgery will also be successful because no darkness can overpower the light surrounding them.
Just then, the lights suddenly go out.
Armaan becomes anxious and calls it a bad omen. Abhira immediately calms him down, reminding him that Mussoorie is a magical place where miracles happen. She remains hopeful that both their wedding and Armaan’s surgery will go smoothly.
Elsewhere, Tanya grows irritated because of the mosquitoes.
Krish asks her to use mosquito repellent, but Tanya unexpectedly demands a divorce.
Krish admits that watching Abhira and Armaan has made him realize what a healthy relationship should look like. He decides to free Tanya from their unhappy marriage, saying she deserves someone who truly makes her happy.
Meanwhile, Myra prays for a perfect wedding, while Mukti wishes for Armaan’s successful surgery.
Abhira silently worries as only twelve hours remain before Armaan’s operation. She wonders how she will stay strong while he is inside the operation theatre but encourages herself to remain brave for his sake.

Suddenly, strong winds and a storm interrupt the celebrations.
Kaveri remarks that it looks like a major storm is approaching.
Abhira grows increasingly nervous, feeling that time is slipping away.
As the ceremony continues, Armaan’s health begins to deteriorate.
Determined not to worry anyone before the wedding, he quietly searches for his medicine.
Meanwhile, Abhira is left shaken after accidentally seeing a white saree.
The sight immediately fills her with fear, and she screams that it cannot become her reality.
Tanya quickly apologizes, explaining that she mistakenly kept the white saree there before handing Abhira a red one instead.
Still disturbed, Abhira reflects on Tanya’s own pain.
Tanya tells her this is not the right time to discuss such matters and urges her to get ready.
Unable to shake off the ominous feeling, Abhira silently calls out to Akshara.
She senses her mother’s comforting presence and prays that Akshara will protect Armaan and keep him safe through the surgery.
