Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 3rd July 2026 Written Update: Armaan Recovers, Abhira’s Health Takes a Dangerous Turn
Today’s episode begins with Abhira assuring Armaan that she will wait outside the operation theatre until his surgery is over. Before he is taken inside, both confess their love to each other, making the emotional moment even more heartfelt.
Meanwhile, Manoj asks Abhira about Armaan, and she silently points towards the OT.
Inside the operation theatre, a nurse asks Armaan to remove the chain around his neck before the surgery. Armaan firmly refuses to take it off. The medical team then asks for the oxygen cylinder. Without wasting a moment, Abhira rushes to bring it herself.
However, before she can return, Abhira suddenly collapses and loses consciousness.
Sensing that something is wrong, Armaan becomes restless and insists on meeting Abhira. The doctors struggle to calm him down, and a nurse finally administers an injection to prepare him for surgery.
Outside, Myra announces that the oxygen cylinder has arrived, only to be shocked on seeing Abhira lying unconscious.
The doctor examines Abhira and reveals that she has not slept properly for several days, causing her blood pressure to drop dangerously low. She further warns the family that Abhira could be suffering from a serious medical condition.
The Poddars are left stunned.
Unable to control her emotions, Myra rushes to the temple and prays desperately. She pleads with God not to take away both her parents. Overwhelmed with fear, she questions why her family is being tested again.
Vidya and Mukti stand beside her.
Vidya breaks down, saying that she has already lost Rohit, Charu, and BSP, and if anything happens to Abhira and Armaan, she will even remove God’s picture from her house. Mukti gently calms both of them and prays for God’s mercy, asking Him to forgive their anger because they are consumed by fear. Myra also requests God to listen to Mukti’s prayers.
Meanwhile, the doctors reveal that Abhira’s blood pressure has fallen so low that she is at risk of suffering a cardiac arrest.
At the same time, Armaan’s condition also becomes critical.
Dr. Pradhan encourages Armaan to keep fighting for his life.
In an emotional sequence, Armaan and Abhira’s souls appear to meet. Abhira urges Armaan to return for the sake of their daughters and family, while Armaan refuses to leave her behind. Their emotional exchange becomes the turning point.
Soon, Armaan’s condition stabilizes, and he is declared out of danger.
The doctors then shift their complete attention to saving Abhira.
After regaining consciousness, Armaan looks around in confusion. Seeing Vidya, Myra, and Mukti, he appears blank for a moment. Fearing that any emotional shock may affect his recovery, Vidya asks everyone not to tell Armaan anything about Abhira’s condition.
A short while later, Kaveri brings Abhira into Armaan’s room.
Relieved to see him conscious, Abhira says his tiny chance of survival turned into a miracle. Armaan immediately recognizes her and lovingly asks her to rest. Abhira smiles and jokingly tells him to give her a little space.
Dr. Pradhan initially objects to both of them staying together, but Vidya requests him to let Armaan and Abhira remain by each other’s side.
Later, Myra accidentally mentions Abhira’s cardiac arrest.
Concerned, Armaan immediately questions Abhira about it. Not wanting him to worry, Abhira brushes it off as a minor issue and simply asks him to let her sleep.
The episode ends.

The Poddar family requests Myra and Mukti to stay with them. Myra agrees but says they will leave once Abhira and Armaan recover completely. Later, Abhira asks Armaan to trust her through every phase of life, while Armaan worries that he may become a burden on her.
