Anupama 5th July 2026 Written Update: Ansh and Prerna Tie the Knot as Paritosh Targets Prem
Today’s episode begins with a property broker stopping Anupama on the road. He asks whether she is still interested in buying the house she had visited earlier. Anupama apologizes for the misunderstanding that happened the other day. The broker tells her that the issue has been cleared and asks again if she wants the house.
Anupama happily says she still wants to buy it.
However, the broker informs her that the house has already been sold. He reveals that the Joshi family has paid the token amount and finalized the deal.
Anupama is left heartbroken.
Although disappointed, she prays that the family buying the house lives there happily. She becomes emotional, realizing she didn’t even have enough money to pay the token amount despite dreaming of owning a home. Determined not to let her sadness affect the celebrations, she decides to focus completely on Ansh and Prerna’s wedding.
Soon, Anupama bumps into Prem.
She compliments his wedding look. Prem reminds her that their cooking competition is only two days away and that they will soon become rivals again. Until then, he wants to set aside their differences and simply enjoy Ansh’s wedding.
Anupama smiles and says he is talking sensibly. Prem jokingly adds that sometimes even enemies can walk together.
Later, Anupama lovingly helps Ansh and Prerna get ready for their big day. Looking at Ansh dressed as a groom makes her emotional.
To make the wedding more fun, she comes up with a unique idea. She asks everyone to pick badges that will decide whether they belong to the groom’s side or the bride’s side.
When Anupama declares that she belongs to both sides, everyone laughs.
Pari accuses her of cheating, but Digvijay supports her. Anupama explains that Ansh is her son while Prerna lovingly calls her “Aunty,” making her equally connected to both families.
Meanwhile, Khyati asks Ansh and Rahi to perform a traditional ritual.
Vasundhara explains that the ceremony symbolizes a brother promising never to forget his sisters after marriage.
Ansh assures everyone that no marriage can weaken his bond with his sisters.
As the baraat begins, Anupama dances wholeheartedly with the family.
Digvijay tells Hasmuk that a mother’s love is so powerful that Anupama has forgotten all her physical pain after seeing Ansh as a groom.
When it’s time to welcome the groom, Anupama suddenly remembers Samar and breaks down emotionally.
Ansh and Leela comfort her.
Ansh gently asks Anupama to perform his welcome so he can finally meet his bride.
Holding back her tears, Anupama completes the ritual.
Digvijay happily lifts Ansh onto his shoulders as the wedding procession moves forward.
Leela quietly remembers Vanraj, becoming emotional herself. Anupama stands beside her in support.
Rahi notices Anupama’s sadness and reminds her to smile because it is a joyful occasion.
Just then, Shruti arrives at the venue.
She is surprised to see both Rahi and Anupama together.
Shruti sarcastically asks Anupama whether she plans to taunt her before allowing her inside.
Anupama calmly replies that she isn’t in the mood to taunt anyone today. She tells Shruti to simply remember the harsh words exchanged between them earlier, as those are enough.
Shruti walks away without another word.
Meanwhile, Prerna arrives at the wedding venue alone.
Vasundhara taunts her for being too eager to get married.
Leela remarks that someone should have accompanied the bride instead of letting her arrive alone.
Rahi immediately defends Prerna, saying every bride has the right to enjoy her own wedding.
Khyati also supports Prerna, pointing out that many couples nowadays have destination weddings, while Ansh and Prerna have kept everything simple. She says they should at least be allowed to enjoy these special moments.
Anupama warmly welcomes Prerna.
Prerna happily dances toward Ansh, who joins her on the dance floor as everyone cheers for the couple.
Amid the celebrations, Anupama and Prem receive fresh instructions regarding the next round of their cooking competition.
Anupama praises Prem’s culinary skills and says he has the potential to become an even better chef.
Prem confidently replies that if he wants to defeat her, he must become stronger than ever.
Anupama smiles and says winning the competition is equally important to her, and she too will give her best performance.
Watching them, Shruti quietly tells Prem to stay focused on the competition because he already has Anupama’s diary, giving him an important advantage.
As the wedding rituals prepare to begin, another secret plan unfolds.
Paritosh approaches Gautam and asks him for money in exchange for valuable information.
He whispers something into Gautam’s ear.
From a distance, Anupama notices the suspicious conversation between Paritosh and Gautam.
Their secret meeting immediately raises doubts in her mind.
