Anupama 6th July 2026 Written Update: Prem’s Secret Is at Risk as Anupama’s Recipe Diary Goes Missing

Today’s episode begins with Paritosh taking Prem aside for a private conversation. Anupama notices them together and grows suspicious.

Paritosh asks Prem if he is fully prepared for the upcoming cooking competition. Prem replies that he is preparing but doesn’t want to miss Ansh and Prerna’s wedding.
