Mahadev And Sons 7th July 2026 Written Update: Mogra Tightens Her Grip on the Family as Vidya Steps In
The episode begins with Mahadev entering Vidya’s room and admitting that he has been unable to sleep peacefully without her. Though his words touch Vidya’s heart, she immediately remembers the harsh things he had said earlier.
Vidya dismisses his confession, saying she is only imagining what she wants to hear and believes it is just a dream.
Mahadev insists that it is real and asks her to touch his hand if she doesn’t believe him.
Before anything else happens, Mahadev suddenly collapses.
Vidya wakes up in shock, realizing it was only a dream. She immediately rushes to check on Mahadev.
Meanwhile, Dheeraj continues teasing Rajji by trying to apply ointment on her. Rajji notices Vidya’s worried expression and points it out to Dheeraj. Soon, they see Mahadev lose his balance.
Rajji offers to help him, but Dheeraj encourages Vidya to take care of Mahadev instead.
The two quietly watch as Mahadev and Vidya share a light-hearted argument before walking away, happy to see them growing closer again.
Later, Dheeraj tells Rajji that he believes Mahadev and Vidya’s differences will soon be resolved.
Rajji agrees but worries that Mogra may once again take advantage of the family’s situation.
Dheeraj defends Mogra and questions why Rajji and Narmada refuse to give her another chance.
He compares Mogra’s situation with Vidya’s, saying everyone deserves a second opportunity.
Rajji becomes upset and firmly tells him never to compare Vidya with Mogra. She reminds him that Vidya’s character and sacrifices can never be compared with Mogra’s selfishness.
Elsewhere, Mogra notices Rajji and Narmada cooking in the kitchen.
Remembering her mother Lajwanti’s advice, she confidently walks in, tastes the food, and criticizes their cooking.
She openly declares that she will soon throw both Rajji and Narmada out of the house because they cannot expose her truth before Mahadev without hurting him.
Narmada calmly asks whether Mogra really believes they are scared of her.
Rajji also challenges Mogra, making it clear they will never back down.
Furious, Mogra leaves the kitchen.
Later, Ashish returns home and hands his salary to Mogra.
He explains that he always gave his earnings to Vidya earlier, but since Vidya is no longer handling household responsibilities, he wants Mogra to manage the money now.
Mogra politely accepts the salary.
Ashish asks if she has any objection, but she simply looks at him silently.
Meanwhile, Rajji expresses her disappointment to Narmada. She feels all their efforts to expose Mogra have failed and fears Mogra may eventually succeed in manipulating everyone.
Narmada reassures Rajji that truth always finds its way out. She believes Mogra’s overconfidence will eventually become her biggest weakness.
Just then, Dheeraj arrives and realizes they are discussing Mogra.
Wanting to avoid another argument, he changes the topic and reveals that he has bought a saree for Rajji with his first salary.
Rajji initially refuses to accept it, but Narmada convinces her to at least try it on.
Back in her room, Mogra pretends to feel uncomfortable after receiving Ashish’s salary.
She says Vidya should have received the money instead because she comes from a humble background where love matters more than money.
She also claims she fears Ashish may not love her as much as she loves him.
Touched by her emotional words, Ashish hugs Mogra and reassures her.
As he embraces her, Mogra secretly smirks while looking at the money, revealing that her innocent act is nothing but another manipulation.

The episode focuses on Mogra’s increasing control over the family while exposing the contrast between her manipulative nature and Vidya’s quiet dignity. Although Mahadev and Vidya’s relationship shows signs of healing, Mogra continues strengthening her position by cleverly winning Ashish’s trust. The emotional scenes between Dheeraj and Rajji add warmth, while the closing moment once again reminds viewers that Mogra’s innocent face hides dangerous intentions.
