Mannat 8th July 2026 Written Update: Mannat Deceives Dhairya to Protect Vikrant
The episode begins with Mannat telling Dua that Abhimanyu is not Vikrant but merely his look-alike. Dua refuses to believe her and insists that her father is still alive. Mannat sadly explains that she was mistaken. She says she tried everything to meet the man, but he refused to see her. She even visited his family, who showed her his childhood photographs, proving he was someone else. Heartbroken, Dua breaks down in tears and runs away.
Privately, Mannat thinks she has no choice but to hide the truth from Dua. She fears Dhairya will sense her plans if Dua learns that Vikrant is actually alive. Determined to protect Vikrant, she decides to keep everyone in the dark until she gathers enough evidence against Dhairya.
Yuvi questions Mannat and demands to know the truth, but she continues lying. She asks Mallika to handle Yuvi while she goes after Dua. Dhairya becomes suspicious and wonders whether Mannat really met Vikrant. To verify the truth, he immediately calls Kumar.
Dhairya asks Kumar if Mannat found Vikrant. Following Mannat’s instructions, Kumar lies that the man is only Vikrant’s look-alike who has his own family. He adds that the man failed to recognize Mannat and that she simply misunderstood his identity. Although Dhairya feels relieved after hearing Kumar’s explanation, Kumar silently wonders why Mannat asked him to lie and realizes something bigger is happening behind the scenes.
Elsewhere, Abhimanyu desperately tries to stop Manyata from harming herself. Hurt by his silence, Manyata accuses him of ignoring her calls and lying to her. She prepares to set herself on fire, but Sukhi suddenly opens the door. Abhimanyu quickly hugs Manyata from behind, snatches the matchbox from her hands, and calms her down. He promises that he will never lie to her again.
Samragi scolds Abhimanyu for hiding the truth from Manyata. Sukhi steps in and claims the misunderstanding happened because he kept Abhimanyu busy with work. Seeing Manyata’s emotional state, Abhimanyu feels guilty and consoles her.
Back home, Mannat comforts Dua, who is still shattered after believing Vikrant is gone forever. Dhairya joins them and pretends to console the little girl. Mannat watches his fake concern with disgust but controls her emotions, knowing she cannot expose him without proof.
She vows to herself that she will gather solid evidence before confronting Dhairya. She regrets being fooled by him for an entire year and promises that this time she will not let him escape.
Later, Dhairya advises Mannat to stop chasing false hopes and focus entirely on Dua. Mannat cleverly pretends to accept his advice. She apologizes for her obsession with finding Vikrant and thanks Dhairya for supporting the family during difficult times. She tells him that she has finally decided to stop searching for Vikrant and will now concentrate only on Dua and Mezbani.
Dhairya is delighted to hear her words and completely believes her act. Feeling victorious, he assures Mannat that he will always stand beside her. Mannat politely thanks him while secretly thinking that she has successfully lowered his guard. She silently vows that she will expose him before everyone and restore Vikrant’s lost memories.
Towards the end of the episode, Mannat narrates the story of Savitri and Satyavan to the children, explaining how true love can defeat even death. At the same time, Abhimanyu unknowingly tells the very same story to Manyata. While talking about eternal love, he unexpectedly mentions Mannat’s name, hinting that buried memories may slowly be resurfacing.

The episode focuses on Mannat’s clever strategy as she begins playing a dangerous game against Dhairya. Instead of confronting him impulsively, she chooses patience and deception, allowing him to believe she has given up on Vikrant. The emotional scenes between Mannat and Dua are touching, while Abhimanyu’s reaction during the Savitri-Satyavan story subtly hints that his forgotten past may soon return. The suspense surrounding Dhairya’s downfall continues to build effectively.
