Seher Hone Ko Hai 10th July 2026 Written Update: Seher Saves Kaiz’s Life but Misunderstands Mahid and Insha
The episode begins with Mahid spending some cheerful moments playing with Kaiz. The little boy happily asks Mahid to call Seher so she can play with them as well. Kaiz praises Seher, saying she is a very good person because she risked her own life to save Mahid. Hearing this, Mahid silently thinks that he has to send Seher away before their past creates more complications.
Soon, Mahid notices Seher nearby and asks her what she is doing there. Seher immediately gives him a cold reply, saying her whereabouts are none of his concern. She reminds him that the place does not belong to him and he has no right to question her. Mahid tells Seher that she should stop reacting like a sixteen-year-old because they have both grown up. Seher explains that she is simply waiting for the stableman to return with his horse. Mahid comments that the stableman does not look like a stalker. While arguing, Seher suddenly loses her balance, but Mahid instinctively catches her before she falls. Embarrassed by the unexpected moment, Seher quickly walks away.
Meanwhile, back at the medical camp, Amal informs Dr. Seba that Seher has gone missing after rushing to help an injured stranger who needed urgent medical attention. Instead of showing concern, Seba complains that Seher failed to complete the assignment she had been given. She says Seher never delivered the medicine to the patient on time and insists that she cannot be held responsible for someone who disappears while helping strangers.
Amal is shocked by Seba’s insensitive attitude. She reminds Seba that Seher is working under her supervision, making her responsible for the safety of every member of the medical team. Seba refuses to listen and continues ignoring the situation.
Unable to control her anger, Amal starts recording a video exposing Seba’s negligence. Introducing herself as a writer, Amal warns Seba that she will reveal the truth to everyone if immediate action is not taken. Afraid that the matter could damage her reputation, Seba finally orders her entire team to begin searching for Seher.
Just then, Farid arrives and is surprised to find Amal there. Before he can understand the situation, the search operation is already underway.
Elsewhere, Mahid informs Seher that mobile signals hardly work in that area and advises her not to wander alone. Seher confidently replies that she is no longer a helpless girl who loses her way. She insists she is capable of finding her own path without anyone’s help. Mahid says nothing and quietly follows Kaiz instead.
Moments later, Kaiz suddenly runs away without listening to Mahid. Within seconds, he collapses unconscious. Mahid panics and desperately calls for help. Realizing the seriousness of the situation, he immediately brings Seher to examine Kaiz.
Seher quickly checks Kaiz’s pulse and heartbeat. After examining him carefully, she informs Mahid that Kaiz’s heartbeat is becoming dangerously slow. Without wasting a second, she begins performing CPR in an attempt to revive him.
The situation becomes even more critical when Kaiz’s heartbeat stops completely.
Mahid completely breaks down and folds his hands before Seher, begging her to save Kaiz. With tears in his eyes, he tells her that he cannot live if anything happens to the little boy.
Seher suddenly remembers the emergency medicine she was carrying for another patient. She explains that the injection may help restart Kaiz’s heart but asks Mahid’s permission before using it. Mahid immediately agrees and silently prays for Kaiz’s survival.
After administering the medicine and continuing treatment, Seher finally succeeds in reviving Kaiz. His heartbeat gradually returns, bringing immense relief to Mahid.
Although Kaiz regains consciousness, Seher explains that his condition is still critical. She insists they must shift him to a hospital immediately for further treatment. She contacts the stableman and requests his help in arranging an ambulance as quickly as possible.
While making the arrangements, Mahid says he must immediately inform Kaiz’s mother about the emergency.
Seher becomes emotional when she sees Mahid calling Insha. Without knowing the truth about their relationship, she assumes that Insha is Mahid’s wife and Kaiz is their son.
Meanwhile, Mahid informs Insha over the phone about Kaiz’s condition and asks her to reach the hospital immediately.
As they wait for the ambulance, the stableman innocently asks Seher whether she is Mahid’s second wife. Without thinking, Seher blurts out that she is actually Mahid’s first wife. Realizing what she has just said, she immediately regrets her words and quickly changes the topic. She awkwardly tells the stableman that she has no relationship with Mahid anymore.
Elsewhere, Farid informs Amal that Seher has been found safely. He tells her that the search team has already contacted him with the update.
Instead of feeling relieved, Amal lashes out at Farid for his past actions. She tells him that she will never forgive him in her lifetime.
Soon, Seher brings Kaiz to the medical camp for further treatment. Amal is stunned when she notices Mahid accompanying Kaiz.
Within moments, Insha arrives in panic. She pushes past Seher and rushes directly to Kaiz. Worried, she repeatedly asks Mahid what happened to him.
Watching Mahid and Insha standing together beside Kaiz, Seher’s heart shatters. She mistakenly believes they are a happy family. The painful misunderstanding leaves her completely devastated as she silently watches them together.
