Do Duniya Ek Dil 13th July 2026 Written Update: Vivaan’s Exam Paper Scam Exposed, Padma Plots to Kill Shivay
The episode begins with Yashvardhan making an unusual proposal to Sonam. He tells her that if she gives him her hand, he will return all the jewellery to her. Sonam misunderstands his words and assumes he is asking her to leave Suraj and accept him instead. Furious, she lashes out at Yashvardhan.
Yashvardhan quickly clears the misunderstanding, explaining that he is talking about a business partnership, not marriage. He promises that in return for joining hands with him, he will make her an internet sensation by helping her gain 100 million followers within just seven days. Tempted by the offer, Sonam immediately agrees and asks him what she needs to do.
Meanwhile, Pratima notices that Shivay has gone to work alone despite recently getting married. She tells Aadhya that newlyweds should be spending time together. Aadhya calmly reassures her, saying she will visit the temple on behalf of both herself and Shivay and offer prayers for their happiness.
Pratima praises Aadhya, saying that apart from herself, only Aadhya truly understands Shivay in the family. Standing nearby, Sonam overhears the heartfelt conversation.
After Pratima and Aadhya leave the room, Sonam secretly tampers with Aadhya’s dress, hoping it will embarrass her outside the house and force her to return to her parents.
A little later, Aadhya returns and catches Sonam inside the room. She questions her presence there, but Sonam quickly invents an excuse before leaving. Unaware of Sonam’s sabotage, Aadhya picks up the damaged dress and gets ready to leave to meet Shivay.
Elsewhere, Pallavi overhears Vivaan speaking over the phone. He proudly tells someone that he has scored an incredible 99.7% and topped the entire state in the examinations.
Surprised, Pallavi confronts him and asks if it is really true. Vivaan sarcastically questions whether she is even his mother, saying she is always happier for Aadhya than for her own son. He accuses her of never appreciating him.
Pallavi explains that she is simply surprised because she has never seen him studying seriously and has only watched him playing games. Vivaan confidently replies that he believes in smart work rather than hard work before dismissing her and asking her to go back to Aadhya.
Moments later, Vivaan watches a breaking news report announcing that this year’s examinations have been cancelled after the exam papers were leaked.
The shocking news leaves Vivaan terrified. While panicking, he tries calling his friend Shiv Kumar but accidentally dials Shivay instead.
Without checking the call, Vivaan blurts out everything. Believing he is speaking to Shiv Kumar, he reminds him that he had promised no one would discover the leaked exam papers. Vivaan warns him to ensure that his name never comes out because he is Baldev Singh Chauhan’s son and cannot afford such a scandal.
After disconnecting the call, Vivaan checks the call log and is horrified to realise that he confessed everything to Shivay instead of Shiv Kumar.
Meanwhile, Pallavi arrives at Pratima’s house carrying Aadhya’s luggage. Pratima warmly welcomes her.
Sonam immediately begins creating trouble. She sarcastically asks Pallavi whether she is against Aadhya and Shivay’s marriage, pointing out that this is her first visit to their house and she has arrived empty-handed without bringing any gifts.
Pratima firmly scolds Sonam and tells her to stop insulting their guest. Sonam complains that Pratima is humiliating her in front of outsiders.
Pratima goes inside to prepare coffee for Pallavi. Taking advantage of her absence, Sonam pressures Pallavi to at least give shagun before leaving. Embarrassed, Pallavi says she has not brought any cash.
Suraj tells her about a nearby ATM and suggests she withdraw the money. Pallavi leaves to do so.
When Pratima returns with the coffee, she is surprised to find Pallavi gone. Sonam casually informs her that Pallavi has gone to bring the shagun. Furious, Pratima rebukes Sonam for crossing every limit. Sonam remains unapologetic.
Elsewhere, Padma notices that Vivaan looks frightened. After questioning him, Vivaan finally confesses the truth. He admits that he purchased the leaked examination papers to secure the state rank and also reveals that he accidentally confessed everything to Shivay over the phone.
Instead of advising him to surrender, Padma suggests a horrifying solution. She tells Vivaan that there is now only one way to save his future—they must kill Shivay before he exposes the truth.
The episode ends.

The episode raises the suspense significantly with Vivaan’s accidental confession becoming the biggest turning point. Sonam continues creating problems for Aadhya while secretly partnering with Yashvardhan for fame. However, the most shocking development is Padma’s ruthless suggestion to eliminate Shivay, setting the stage for a dangerous new conspiracy.
