Sairaab 14th July 2026 Written Update: Neil Offers to Handle Nayanika’s Treatment as Ishaan Grows Concerned
The episode begins with Ujjaini telling Shisho that she will never accept it if Nayanika and Ishaan share a relationship beyond friendship. She admits that others may think she is being unreasonable, but she cannot ignore her feelings. Shisho asks her to set everything aside for now and focus only on Nayanika’s treatment. He firmly believes that Mumbai is the best place for her treatment.
Meanwhile, Angana questions Neil about why he returned home so late. Indrani also asks where he had gone after taking leave. Neil reveals that he visited Nayanika’s hospital to discuss her treatment with Dr. Subhash. Indrani says Nayanika will never accept his help and believes she has already decided to go to Mumbai. Neil, however, insists that he will personally speak to Nayanika about her treatment. Jaya advises him to talk to her privately, and Neil agrees before leaving.
Elsewhere, Ishaan asks Nayanika whether Ujjaini will even allow her to shift to Mumbai for treatment. Nayanika replies that if Ujjaini is uncomfortable with the decision, she cannot leave for Mumbai. Ishaan tells her that she should start thinking about herself instead of everyone else.
Nayanika then informs Ishaan that she is going to attend Rohan’s birthday party. Ishaan questions whether she truly feels comfortable visiting Neil’s house again. He encourages her to let Neil help with her treatment if necessary. Nayanika notices that Ishaan is upset and silently observes his concern.
Later, preparations for Rohan’s birthday celebration are in full swing. Angana asks Rohan to cut the cake, but he refuses, saying he will not celebrate until Nayanika arrives. He also notices that Ujjaini is absent.
After some time, Nayanika finally reaches the party. Indrani remarks that she should have arrived earlier. Nayanika explains that she came directly from the hospital, which caused the delay. She then asks Rohan to cut the cake.
Before the celebration begins, Rohan happily poses for photographs with Neil and Angana. He also insists on taking a special picture with Nayanika, making her emotional.
Meanwhile, Malini tells her family that they should attend Rohan’s birthday for Nayanika’s sake. Subhoo says he also wants to discuss her treatment. Madhavi, however, says she cannot enjoy any celebration while Nayanika is suffering. This leads to another argument between Malini and Madhavi before Malini leaves with Subhoo and Gabloo.
Back at the party, Indrani welcomes Malini and Subhoo and wonders why Madhavi did not accompany them. Subhoo explains that Madhavi was not in the mood to attend the function.
Rohan then makes a heartfelt request, asking Nayanika to sing for him as his birthday gift. Angana objects, reminding everyone that Nayanika is unwell. However, Nayanika happily agrees after asking Rohan to cut the cake first.
She begins singing, and to everyone’s surprise, Neil joins her. Their duet receives loud applause from the guests. Rohan hugs Neil with joy after the performance, while Angana quietly watches, visibly disturbed by the growing closeness between Neil and Nayanika.
Rohan cuts the cake, feeds everyone, and thanks Nayanika for making his birthday special.
After the celebration, Neil asks Nayanika to speak with him privately. At the same time, Subhoo informs Nayanika that he will come the following day to take her home because Madhavi wants her to stay with them for a few days. Indrani immediately objects, saying he should first seek her permission. Subhoo firmly replies that no permission is required.
Neil takes Nayanika aside for a private conversation. Meanwhile, the guests begin gossiping about Neil and Nayanika’s growing closeness. Angana overhears their comments and becomes increasingly uncomfortable.
Alone with Nayanika, Neil asks her to allow him to personally supervise her medical treatment. Nayanika refuses, reminding him that she is not his patient. Neil replies that she may not be his patient, but she is still the mother of his daughter. Nayanika firmly tells him that she does not want his support.
Before the conversation can continue, Angana arrives and interrupts them, informing Neil that the guests are waiting for him outside.

Ishaan’s growing concern, Neil’s determination to help, and Angana’s increasing insecurity create an emotional triangle that promises more conflict in the coming episodes.
