Mahadev And Sons 16th July 2026 Written Update: Vidya Starts Her New Business Despite Mahadev’s Disapproval
The episode begins with Vidya placing a condition before Dheeraj regarding his decision to go to work despite being unwell. Dheeraj agrees, but only if Rajji accompanies him. Although Mogra is clearly unhappy with the arrangement, Rajji leaves with Dheeraj.
At the workplace, Dheeraj introduces Rajji to his boss. Rajji immediately questions the boss for making Dheeraj work while he is sick. The boss calmly explains that the situation was unavoidable before leaving after receiving an urgent phone call.
Dheeraj asks Rajji why she spoke to his boss that way. Rajji defends herself, saying she only wanted to protect him. She then picks up a heavy water can to help with the deliveries. Dheeraj stops her, worried about her health, but Rajji refuses to back down.
While working together, Rajji notices that Dheeraj’s fever has increased. She asks him to rest for a while and promises to take him to the hospital after they complete the delivery. Dheeraj silently watches as Rajji lifts the heavy water can onto the truck before the two continue with their work.
At the delivery location, Dheeraj once again insists on carrying the water container himself, but Rajji convinces him to let her handle it. As she carries the heavy load inside, a man watches her in surprise. Rajji confidently remarks that women are capable of handling any responsibility if given the opportunity.
Just then, Yash and Vishwa arrive. Shocked to see Rajji working so hard, they urge her to return home instead of struggling like this. Their concern makes Rajji emotional.
Seeing the conversation, Dheeraj immediately steps in and confronts Yash and Vishwa. An argument breaks out between Dheeraj and Vishwa, but Rajji quickly calms everyone down before leaving with Dheeraj.
Meanwhile, Narmada and Vidya visit Gargi to discuss a business proposal. Vidya expresses her desire to begin a papad business and presents her plan. Gargi remains silent initially, but Narmada gently encourages her to consider the offer. Eventually, Gargi agrees to partner with Vidya.
Back home, Dheeraj refuses to take his medicines until Rajji tells him what Yash and Vishwa were discussing with her. Rajji convinces him to take the tablets and explains that they were only trying to create misunderstandings between her and his family. She says their words are not worth discussing. Satisfied with her answer, Dheeraj finally takes the medicine.
Later, Narmada happily informs the family that Gargi has accepted Vidya’s business proposal. Everyone congratulates Vidya and praises her determination.
Mogra raises a few questions about the new venture, but both Narmada and Rajji answer them confidently. The family then begins discussing possible names for the business.
Vidya suggests naming it Mahadev.
The family playfully teases her over the choice. Just then, Mahadev enters the house with Ketan and overhears the conversation.
Mahadev immediately asks Vidya not to use his name for the business.
Vidya calmly explains that she is referring to Lord Mahadev, not him personally. Ketan openly supports Vidya, which earns him an irritated glare from Mahadev.
Later that evening, Narmada asks Ketan how work at the mill is going. Ketan happily replies that everything is progressing well.
Narmada quietly expresses her concern that someone inside the house is deliberately trying to create divisions within the family. Curious, Ketan asks who she is talking about, but Narmada chooses not to reveal the person’s identity.
Elsewhere, Mogra continues poisoning Mahadev’s mind. She warns him that Vidya and Ketan’s decisions will eventually break the family apart. Mahadev silently listens, visibly disturbed by her words.
