Seher Hone Ko Hai 22nd July 2026 Written Update: Mahid Begs Seher to Pretend to Be His Fiancée
Today’s episode begins with Seher meeting Mahid and noticing that he looks disturbed. Concerned, she asks him how he is feeling.
Mahid replies that he feels terrible.
Thinking that he is unwell, Seher advises him to contact Dr. Farid for medical help.

He also acknowledges that Seher hates him and does not even wish to see his face. Despite knowing all this, he has no choice but to stand before her because he is completely helpless.
Seher sarcastically remarks that he is behaving as though his life is hanging off the edge of a cliff.
Mahid quietly agrees and says that, in many ways, that is exactly how he feels.
He explains that for the first time in his life, he lost control in front of the Marshal people. After witnessing his emotional outburst, they have started believing that he has become mentally unstable and is no longer fit to continue serving as the Mufti.
Unsure how to handle the situation, Mahid admits that he lied to them.

After that, Mahid plans to tell the Marshal people that despite his efforts, Seher refused to forgive him and rejected the relationship permanently.
Seher immediately refuses.
She asks Mahid why she should help him after everything that has happened between them.

Mahid calmly explains that both of them spent years trying to change the conservative thinking of the Marshal community. He insists that he is not desperate to retain the Mufti’s position for power or status.

Hearing Kauser’s name fills Seher with pain.

She feels that fate itself is working against her because every attempt to keep Mahid and Seher apart keeps failing.
Determined not to give up, she decides to prepare another plan to create misunderstandings between them.
Meanwhile, Mahid returns home disappointed after Seher rejects his request.
He reflects on how difficult it was for him to swallow his pride and seek help from the very woman who despises him.
He cannot believe Seher refused despite understanding the seriousness of the situation.
Just then, Khalid arrives at the house looking upset.
He complains to Mahid that Nazima is hiding inside the house instead of returning with him.
Moments later, Nazima comes out.
Mahid asks why she has been hiding from him.
Nazima explains that she was simply waiting for the right opportunity to meet him.
Mahid coldly tells her that he neither wants to see her nor speak to her.
Trying to manipulate the situation, Khalid starts making false accusations against Nazima in front of Mahid.
Nazima firmly refuses to return home with Khalid.
When Khalid attempts to force her, Mahid immediately intervenes and stops him.
Mahid tells Khalid to come back the following day.
He reminds him that this is Nazima’s maternal home and she has every right to stay there as long as she wishes.
The following day, Seher visits a doctor and collects an important medical file.
At the same hospital, Mahid arrives with Kaiz for treatment.
As Seher notices Mahid and Kaiz together, she quietly watches them, hinting at another emotional confrontation ahead.
