Anupama 29th July 2026 Written Update: Anupama Defeats Prem in First Round, But Mahi’s Decision Shocks Everyone
The episode begins with Roy tasting Anupama’s dish and praising its flavors. He appreciates her cooking skills but advises her to improve her presentation. Sikander is equally impressed and applauds the balance of taste in her dish.
The host then asks Manpreet to share her verdict.
Banku quietly tells Ansh that everyone is waiting to see whether Manpreet will expose Anupama or support her. To everyone’s surprise, Manpreet praises Anupama. She says Prem relies on cooking techniques and precision, while Anupama has the rare ability to create outstanding dishes through instinct and experience. Her heartfelt appreciation leaves Anupama emotional and delighted.
The host asks the judges to announce the result.
Before the verdict, Anupama thanks every member of her team for standing by her and working together with complete dedication.
Meanwhile, Meeta confidently believes Prem will emerge as the winner because he has always been the favorite.
Prem says he has given his best. He appreciates Rahi and Khyati for supporting him but admits that Shruti’s mistake will also affect the final score.
Elsewhere, Hasmuk and Leela anxiously wait for the announcement. Leela asks everyone to pray, but Vasundhara begins praying to God even before anyone else.

Anupama’s team wins the first challenge.

Although grateful, Anupama worries about the café and wonders whether everything is being managed properly in her absence.
Hasmuk and Leela reassure her that they have already hired part-time staff to manage the café while she focuses on the competition.

Interestingly, Prem comes across the quote and appreciates its message, completely unaware that Anupama is the one who wrote it.
