Anupama 1st August 2026 Written Update: Mahi Quits Anupama’s Team After Pakhi and Paritosh Manipulate Her
The episode begins with Hasmuk asking Anupama to sit down and calm herself. However, Anupama loses her patience after seeing Ishani, Mahi, Prerna, Paritosh, Pakhi, and Kinjal arguing once again.
She questions why the family can never stop fighting.
Anupama says she believed her physical pain would eventually heal, but living in a house filled with constant arguments has taken away every bit of her peace.

Anupama reveals that she had gone to apply for a home loan because she wants to build a house of her own.
Just then, Mahi gathers the courage to make a heartbreaking announcement.
After thinking about everything, she tells Anupama that because Anupama trusts Prerna more than her, she has decided to withdraw from Anupama’s competition team.
The Shah family is left shocked.
Pakhi and Paritosh secretly celebrate as their manipulation succeeds.
Kinjal and Ishani are deeply worried after witnessing Mahi’s sudden decision.
