Anupama 5th August 2026 Written Update: Anupama Wins the Challenge, Leela and Vasundhara Enter as Wild Cards
The episode begins with the host announcing that today’s winner deserves unquestionable appreciation. The audience cheers as the host declares Anupama the winner of the challenge. Anupama beams with happiness and thanks God for guiding her through another difficult task.
Prem is visibly disappointed after losing. Judge Sikander reminds both teams that the competition is becoming tougher with every round and there is absolutely no room for mistakes. Manpreet tells Prem that she still has high expectations from him. She points out that although Prem is talented, he is still inexperienced compared to Anupama. Determined not to fall behind, Prem vows that he will defeat Anupama before the competition ends.
Manpreet also cautions Anupama against becoming overconfident after today’s victory. Anupama gracefully accepts the advice and thanks her for the reminder.
Roy then introduces the next twist in the competition. Manpreet announces that before the next challenge, both team leaders must eliminate one existing contestant to make room for a wildcard entry. The host further reveals that after one more round, the grand finale will begin.
The announcement leaves everyone shocked.
Ishani immediately tells Anupama that she doesn’t want to leave the team. Prerna also requests to stay. Kinjal asks Anupama to take the decision carefully, while Digvijay reminds her to think only about the competition rather than emotions.

To everyone’s surprise, Anupama chooses Ishani.
Paritosh tells Pakhi not to worry because Anupama could never eliminate Kinjal, who is one of the strongest cooks on the team.
Meanwhile, Rahi advises Prem to remove the weakest contestant instead of thinking emotionally.
Prem eliminates Meeta.
Meeta is furious that Prem chose to remove a family member while keeping an outsider on the team.
Ishani feels hurt by Anupama’s decision. Hasmuk comforts her and asks her to take some rest.
Soon, the host welcomes the wildcard contestants.
Leela joins Anupama’s team, while Vasundhara becomes part of Prem’s team.
Anupama happily welcomes Leela, and Prem is equally pleased to have Vasundhara supporting his team.
Pakhi and Paritosh continue complaining that Anupama always treats their family unfairly. Pakhi questions why Anupama removed Ishani from the team.
Surprisingly, Ishani herself supports Anupama’s decision and accepts it gracefully.

Meanwhile, Prem is delighted to have Vasundhara beside him, although Vasundhara admits she is nervous.
Shruti feels Vasundhara should have refused the wildcard opportunity, but Rahi supports her decision.
Elsewhere, Meeta confronts Prem for eliminating her, leading to another heated argument between Meeta and Shruti.
Vasundhara quietly worries about competing against Leela, while Prem reassures her that her experience will be valuable for the team.
Later, Pakhi questions Mahi about whether the Kotharis have already thrown her out.
Mahi tries to explain herself, but Ishani angrily calls her a traitor.

Mahi finally admits that Pakhi and Paritosh manipulated her into changing sides.
