Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 5th August 2026 Written Update: Abhira Targets the Damanis, Arman Finally Agrees to Myra’s Jaipur Trip

The episode begins with the Poddars celebrating Myra’s 18th birthday with music, dancing, and cheerful moments. Amid the celebrations, a resort helper delivers a gift for Myra. She learns that the present has been sent by the photographer, Kabir. Smiling to herself, Myra decides she will give him a fitting reply the next time they meet.

Elsewhere, Manoj advises Kaveri to postpone her morning jog until the rain stops. Kaveri refuses, saying they are preparing for the marathon and cannot afford to waste time. She asks Madhav whether she is wrong, and he playfully tells Manoj to support Kaveri instead. Kaveri then asks Vidya and Manisha to play some music while everyone enjoys the lively atmosphere.

Meanwhile, Manisha wonders where Sanjay and Kajal are. Manoj remarks that Sanjay is busy with work because he doesn’t have a reliable partner like Tanya. The mention of Tanya immediately changes Krish’s expression. Manoj quietly wonders whether Krish feels angry or heartbroken whenever Tanya’s name comes up. Kaveri dismisses the matter, assuming Krish is simply occupied.

On the professional front, Abhira prepares for the upcoming legal battle against the Damani Group. Along with Arman, Sanjay, and Krish, she conducts a mock trial to strengthen their strategy. Arman refuses to represent the Damanis even for practice, but Abhira insists on continuing. She confidently outlines her plan to expose how the Damanis allegedly grabbed innocent people’s homes to build their factory. Her preparation impresses Arman, Sanjay, and Krish. Soon after, Krish informs Abhira that the media is waiting outside.

Across town, Samar informs Raghav that factory employees have begun protesting. He asks whether they should temporarily shut down the factory. Raghav refuses to panic, insisting they cannot afford any mistakes. The two then watch Abhira’s television interview, where she boldly promises to expose the Damani Group. Raghav warns that Abhira will soon face the consequences of challenging them.

At college, Myra unexpectedly runs into Kabir again. Their playful arguments continue, with Kabir still waiting for an apology from Myra. Meanwhile, Mukti shares exciting news about a badminton event in Jaipur. However, both girls immediately worry that Arman may never allow them to travel alone.

Back home, their fears come true when Arman initially refuses permission. Myra and Abhira patiently try to convince him. Abhira reminds Arman that they cannot let fear control every decision in life and that the girls deserve the opportunity to pursue their dreams. After much persuasion, Arman finally agrees to send Myra and Mukti to Jaipur.

However, his approval comes with conditions. Arman hands them a long list of rules and safety instructions that they must strictly follow throughout the trip, leaving everyone amused by his protective nature.

The episode ends.

Precap: Abhira reads shocking news reports targeting her and Arman and suspects that the Damanis are behind the false publicity. At the same time, Mukti informs Abhira that Arman has suddenly gone missing, and even his phone has become unreachable.

Review:

The episode balances warm family moments with rising courtroom drama. Myra’s birthday celebrations bring light-hearted entertainment, while Abhira’s fearless stand against the Damani Group raises the stakes of the upcoming legal battle. Arman’s protective nature adds emotional depth as he finally trusts Myra and Mukti enough to allow their Jaipur trip, though not without a lengthy list of conditions. The precap hints that the Damanis are ready to strike back, setting the stage for a tense confrontation.

Rating: 4.3/5
