Dr Aarambhi Upcoming Twist: Aarambhi and Raj Search for Manmeet as Tandon Family Misses Her

The episode of Dr Aarambhi brings an emotional twist as Aarambhi and Raj continue their search for Manmeet, while back at the Tandon house, everyone unexpectedly begins feeling Aarambhi’s absence.

Aarambhi reaches the hospital along with Raj after learning that Manmeet has been injured. The two start looking for her, hoping to find out what happened and make sure she receives proper treatment. Their focus remains on Manmeet, but meanwhile, a completely different drama is unfolding at the Tandon house.

Dimple has organized a kitty party at home and several of her friends arrive for the gathering. Since Aarambhi is no longer around, Avantika takes responsibility for hosting everyone. She prepares several dishes for the guests and tries her best to prove that she can handle the household responsibilities in Aarambhi’s absence.

However, things quickly begin to go wrong.

Before the guests can properly taste one of the dishes, Nandita stops them and points out that something seems wrong with the food. Avantika becomes uncomfortable but immediately tries to control the situation. She insists that she will check the dish and fix whatever has gone wrong.

She then encourages everyone to try some of the other snacks instead. Avantika continues trying to keep the guests entertained, but her efforts only lead to more awkward moments.

The situation becomes even more chaotic when chutney accidentally falls on one of Dimple’s friends. Avantika is left apologizing repeatedly and rushing to clean up the mess. The guests cannot help but remember how Aarambhi used to manage such situations effortlessly.

Interestingly, Dimple herself begins missing Aarambhi.

The family had previously decided to remove Aarambhi from the house after the Tandon family landed in trouble because of her actions. They had hoped that life would eventually return to normal without her. However, the kitty party makes them realize just how much Aarambhi contributed to the household.

Aarambhi used to take care of the family, prepare food and make sure everyone was comfortable. Now, with her gone, those small things are suddenly being noticed.

Dimple appears particularly affected. She never expected that she would miss Aarambhi so much after she left the house. Seeing Avantika struggle with the responsibilities only makes the comparison more obvious.

Avantika, meanwhile, is desperately trying to take Aarambhi’s place. She wants to prove that she can manage the house just as well, but so far, her attempts have not impressed Dimple.

The guests’ reactions also make the situation awkward for her. Instead of making everything smooth, Avantika’s efforts repeatedly create new problems.

Dimple gradually starts realizing that replacing Aarambhi is not as easy as she imagined. Aarambhi had become an important part of the family’s everyday life, and her absence is now being felt in unexpected ways.

At the same time, Aarambhi remains unaware of what is happening at the Tandon house. She is busy searching for Manmeet at the hospital with Raj.

The parallel tracks create an interesting contrast. While Aarambhi is trying to help someone at the hospital, her family is slowly realizing her value back home.

Now the big question is whether Dimple will finally acknowledge that she misses Aarambhi and reconsider the family’s decision to keep her away. Will Avantika manage to prove herself, or will her repeated mistakes convince Dimple that Aarambhi cannot simply be replaced?

The upcoming developments could bring an important emotional shift in the Tandon family, especially if Dimple begins questioning whether sending Aarambhi away was actually the right decision.

Review

This episode works well because the drama is not limited to Aarambhi’s hospital track. The kitty party provides a lighter but meaningful way of showing how much Aarambhi contributed to the Tandon household. Avantika’s attempts to replace her only make Aarambhi’s absence more noticeable, while Dimple’s growing realization adds an emotional layer to the story. The Manmeet track also keeps the suspense alive and could connect the two storylines soon.

Rating: 4/5
