Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 10th August 2026 Written Update: Armaan and Raghu Get Arrested After a Violent Clash
The episode begins with Mukti questioning Abhira about her restrictions. She points out that Abhira allowed Myra to travel all the way to Jaipur, so she cannot understand why she is not being allowed to go to the academy by herself.
Abhira becomes uneasy and asks Mukti to show her bag. Mukti tries to avoid the conversation and asks Abhira not to become so stubborn. However, Abhira eventually discovers that Mukti has decided to change her badminton academy.
Mukti explains that her coach is extremely strict and the pressure is making it difficult for her to concentrate. Abhira listens to her concerns and tries to make her understand that the coach may not necessarily be against her. Instead of running away from the pressure, she encourages Mukti to learn how to handle it and become stronger.
Myra and Kabir Face Trouble in Jaipur
Meanwhile, Myra is irritated with Kabir after his recent encounter with the local hooligans.
She feels that Kabir unnecessarily tried to act brave in front of them and ended up getting injured. Kabir, however, is less interested in hearing her lecture and jokingly feels that she should be more concerned about getting him some medicine.
At the same time, Armaan reaches Jaipur.
His first priority is finding Myra and making sure she is safe.
Raghu and Nandani are shocked when they see Kabir’s injuries. Their concern quickly turns into anger when Raghu notices Armaan.
Instead of asking what actually happened, Raghu immediately accuses Armaan of sending the hooligans to attack Kabir.
Armaan is stunned by the allegation.
He makes it clear that he has no idea what happened to Kabir and denies having anything to do with the incident. Raghu continues blaming him, but Armaan loses patience and asks him to control himself.
The tension between the two families continues to rise.
Abhira Tries to Protect Armaan
Back in town, Abhira takes Mukti to the market.
Mukti decides to purchase hampers for the family of the girl who is coming to meet Krish for a possible marriage alliance.
Meanwhile, Armaan tells Abhira about Raghu’s accusation.
Abhira immediately asks him to remain calm. She knows that Armaan is already worried about Myra and does not want to add another problem to his list.
She considers telling him about the accusations being made by the Damanis, but ultimately decides against it.
Abhira realizes that revealing everything at that moment could make Armaan’s situation even more stressful.
Armaan then tells her about Kabir.
Abhira becomes thoughtful.
She knows Armaan well enough to understand how he would react if he discovered that Myra and Kabir had been spending time together. She silently wonders whether Armaan would be comfortable with the growing friendship between them.
Krish’s Marriage Meeting Takes a Turn
Meanwhile, the prospective bride’s family arrives to meet Krish.
The family appears impressed by him, and Vidya also develops a positive impression of the girl. The meeting initially seems to be progressing smoothly.
However, the situation becomes complicated when the conversation turns towards Tanya.
Krish speaks to the new girl, who directly asks him whether he has actually moved on from Tanya.
The question catches Krish off guard.
It becomes clear that Tanya is still somewhere in his thoughts, despite his earlier claims that he has moved forward.
Around the same time, Abhira arrives with Mukti and becomes concerned about what is happening.
Jay Fuels Samar’s Anger
Elsewhere, Jay attempts to manipulate Samar.
He tells Samar that Raghu is controlling him and suggests that he should stop allowing his father to make all the decisions.
Samar refuses to listen.
He does not want anyone speaking against Raghu and remains loyal to his father.
Jay, however, continues drinking and eventually becomes intoxicated.
Under the influence of alcohol, he encourages Samar to take revenge against the Poddars.
His words further fuel the hostility between the two families.
Jay Misbehaves With Abhira and Mukti
Later, Jay crosses paths with Abhira and Mukti.
He is drunk and begins behaving badly with them. His conduct quickly turns inappropriate, leaving Mukti uncomfortable.
Abhira refuses to tolerate his behaviour.
She confronts Jay and calls him out for harassing both of them.
Samar arrives during the confrontation and tries to intervene.
But Abhira does not back down.
She firmly deals with both Jay and Samar, making it clear that she will not allow anyone to intimidate her or Mukti.
Unfortunately, Mukti gets hurt during the commotion.
The incident makes the situation even more serious.
Armaan and Raghu’s Fight Escalates
Meanwhile, Vidya learns about what happened.
She informs Armaan that Samar insulted Abhira and that Mukti was also hurt during the confrontation.
Armaan becomes furious.
His protective instincts take over, especially after hearing that Abhira and Mukti were dragged into the conflict.
At the same time, the confrontation between Armaan and Raghu in Jaipur becomes increasingly heated.
Raghu continues accusing Armaan of being responsible for Kabir’s attack.
Armaan refuses to accept the allegation and defends himself.
The argument eventually turns physical.
Armaan hits Raghu, and Raghu retaliates.
The situation spirals out of control as both men refuse to step back.
The police finally arrive and arrest both Armaan and Raghu.
Myra and Kabir Are Shocked
The news quickly reaches Myra and Kabir.
Both are stunned to learn that Armaan and Raghu have been taken into custody.
Myra is particularly worried because she knows Armaan came to Jaipur because of her.
Kabir also realizes that the misunderstanding surrounding his injuries has now created a much bigger conflict between the Poddars and Damanis.
Back home, Abhira is left dealing with the consequences of the confrontation involving Mukti.
The episode closes with tensions between the two families reaching another dangerous point. What began as accusations surrounding Kabir’s injury has now resulted in Armaan and Raghu being arrested.

Review
This episode pushes the Poddar-Damani rivalry into much more dangerous territory. What initially looks like a misunderstanding over Kabir’s injury quickly turns into a physical confrontation between Armaan and Raghu, resulting in both of them being arrested.
Abhira’s scenes with Mukti are also important because they show her trying to balance protection with independence. Rather than simply solving Mukti’s problems for her, she encourages her to face difficult situations and develop confidence.
The Krish-Tanya track adds another emotional layer. Even though Krish claims that he has moved on, the prospective bride’s question makes it clear that Tanya may still occupy an important place in his mind.
The biggest concern, however, is the growing hostility between the Poddars and Damanis. Jay’s manipulation and Samar’s anger are making the situation worse, while Armaan’s instinct to protect Abhira could push him into further trouble.
The precap is particularly interesting because Abhira does not want revenge, but she also refuses to remain passive. Her promise to answer the Damanis “in their own style” suggests that the Poddars may finally be preparing for a strategic response rather than another emotional confrontation.
