Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 11th August 2026 Written Update: Abhira Teaches Armaan to Let Go, Myra and Kabir Win the Trophy
Today’s episode begins with Abhira praising Mukti for her courage. She tells her that the man was only trying to snatch her mobile, but Mukti still stepped in when she saw Abhira in danger.
Abhira worries that Mukti could have put herself at risk. Mukti, however, says she would never stand quietly if Abhira were in trouble because she is extremely precious to her.
Vidya asks Mukti to drink some milk, but Mukti insists that she is fine. Vidya reminds her that she has been injured.
Abhira then questions Vidya about informing Armaan about the incident involving Samar. Vidya explains that Samar was the one who had asked Jay to attack them. Meanwhile, Myra tells Mukti that Armaan has been arrested. Abhira immediately decides to go to Jaipur.
Armaan and Raghu Are Released
At the police station, the constable scolds Armaan and Raghu for fighting despite being respected members of society. He tells them that they should have behaved more responsibly.
The constable asks them to sign the necessary papers and leave because the organisers have instructed him to warn them rather than pursue the matter further.
Myra meets Armaan and questions him about getting arrested. Armaan avoids answering her properly.
Meanwhile, Nandani and Kabir meet Raghu. Kabir explains that he had fought with the goons because they were misbehaving with an aunty and he could not simply ignore it.
Nandani points out that this means Armaan was actually right about what happened, while Raghu had reacted without knowing the complete story.
Kabir nevertheless refuses to leave Jaipur until he finishes his project.
Myra Is Disappointed With Armaan
Myra again questions Armaan about coming to Jaipur and ending up in jail. Armaan refuses to explain himself, which frustrates Myra.
The father and daughter get into an argument. Myra tells Armaan that she is disappointed in him.
Her mood changes completely when she sees Abhira.
Abhira asks Myra to calm down and tells her that she will take Armaan home. She encourages Myra to stay back, complete the festival and return afterwards.
Armaan later admits to Abhira that he has messed everything up.
The couple then discusses their changing role as parents.
Abhira explains that they cannot keep protecting Myra and Mukti from every difficulty. Their daughters need freedom to make mistakes, learn from them and become independent.
Armaan remains emotional.
Abhira tells him that children will always need their parents, but parents also have to understand that children eventually grow up. They cannot keep holding their hands or carrying them forever.
Armaan wonders why he still feels the urge to protect Myra and Mukti at every moment. He questions why he cannot become emotionally mature about their growing independence.
Abhira comforts him and helps him understand that letting go does not mean loving them any less.
Myra and Kabir Win the Competition
Meanwhile, Myra and Kabir prepare to present their project before the organisers.
Even before going on stage, the two start arguing. Despite their constant disagreements, they manage to work together beautifully when it matters.
Their presentation impresses everyone.
Myra and Kabir eventually win the trophy.
Myra is stunned and delighted by their victory. Abhira and Kabir celebrate the achievement together, hugging and dancing happily.
The moment becomes a proud one for everyone.
Armaan Wants to Take Action Against Samar
Elsewhere, Armaan apologises to Mukti for not being there when she needed him.
Mukti asks him whether he is alright.
Armaan, however, becomes determined to take action against Samar Damani for what happened. He decides that he will file a case against him.
Abhira immediately stops him.
Armaan insists that Samar deserves to be taught a lesson, but Abhira reminds him that Samar was not the person who actually attacked them. Jay was responsible.
Armaan remains furious with the Damanis for dragging their family into unnecessary conflict and making false accusations against them.
Abhira understands his anger but tries to calm him down.
She tells Armaan that they cannot teach their daughters that revenge is the answer to every problem. Their children should learn how to stand up for themselves without allowing hatred to control them.
Abhira assures Armaan that they will respond to the Damanis, but they will do it in their own way.
Armaan gradually understands her point.
The episode ends.

Kabir and Myra return home. Armaan asks his assistants to remove the reports about him and Abhira from the internet.
Later, Myra learns from a cab driver that she had shared a taxi with a boy. She is shocked by the revelation.
Review
The episode beautifully explores Armaan and Abhira’s contrasting approaches to parenting. Armaan’s instinct is still to protect Myra and Mukti from every possible danger, while Abhira understands that their daughters need space to grow, make mistakes and discover themselves.
Myra and Kabir’s victory provides a lighter and happier moment amid the family tensions. Their constant bickering somehow turns into effective teamwork when they need it most.
The stronger track, however, is Armaan’s anger towards the Damanis. Abhira’s refusal to let him immediately turn the situation into a revenge battle shows how differently they handle conflict. Her decision to give their daughters a better example rather than teach them retaliation could become important in the future.
The precap also hints that Myra’s Jaipur journey may have created another unexpected connection.
