Bareilly Ke Bacchan 12th August 2026 Written Update: Sangam Plans to Leave the Bacchan House, While Her Family Searches for a Match
The episode begins with Krishna waking up and noticing that Sangam’s room door is open. He immediately becomes worried and starts looking for her, fearing that she may have left the house.
While searching, Krishna accidentally wakes Satluj and Mahi. Soon, however, he discovers that Sangam has returned with flowers.
Ganga asks Sangam what she is doing so early in the morning. Sangam explains that she wants to perform a puja and therefore went to bring the flowers. She then asks the Bacchan brothers to get ready for the puja.
The brothers agree and begin preparing.
Sangam Wants to Build a Life of Her Own
Meanwhile, at Raghuvendra’s house, Hema is talking to Susheela in the kitchen.
Hema reveals that Sangam called her and asked for her certificates. Susheela immediately becomes concerned and asks how Sangam is doing.
Hema tells her that she feels Sangam is uncomfortable living at the Bacchan house. She believes Sangam wants to find a job and move into a hostel so that she can become independent.
Susheela is disturbed by this information.
She clearly does not want Sangam to walk away from the family and starts thinking about what she can do to stop her.
Back at the Bacchan house, Sangam gets ready for the puja.
She asks Krishna to clean the puja thali. Krishna does as she says and brings it back to her.
Sangam checks it and points out that it is still not clean enough. She asks him to clean it properly.
Krishna obediently takes the thali back and cleans it again.
Sangam then begins the puja.
Ajab arrives home and is completely surprised to see a religious ceremony taking place in the house. Sangam completes the rituals and gives a diya to everyone.
Susheela Wants Sangam to Return Home
Susheela asks Hema to call Sangam home so that she can collect her certificates.
However, Susheela has a hidden motive.
She tells Hema that once Sangam comes back, she intends to stop her from returning to the Bacchan house. Susheela believes they should get Sangam married into a suitable family so that everyone can finally stop worrying about her future.
Hema is uncomfortable with this plan.
She tells Susheela that what they are doing is not right.
Susheela then asks Hema what she would do if her own daughter behaved in the same manner as Sangam.
Hema falls silent.
Susheela takes her silence as an answer and makes it clear that she believes Sangam should not be allowed to continue living the way she currently is.
A Marriage Proposal Arrives for Ganga
Meanwhile, an unexpected visitor arrives at the Bacchan house—a marriage broker.
He is surprised to find Sangam living there.
The family explains that Sangam is Krishna’s wife. The broker then tells Ganga that he has brought a marriage proposal for him.
Ganga immediately says that he is not interested.
He sends the broker away.
Sangam is confused by his reaction and asks why Ganga did not even consider meeting the prospective bride.
Mahi and Krishna reveal that Ganga has already gone to meet around fifteen prospective brides, but none of the meetings resulted in marriage.
Sangam asks why things never worked out.
Mahi narrates one particularly funny incident. She says that Ganga once went to meet a prospective bride but ended up teaching her how to prepare kachori instead.
The family laughs.
Mahi then explains that Ganga was rejected several times because there is no woman in the Bacchan household.
Sangam finds the reasoning ridiculous. She questions why the absence of a woman in the house should determine whether someone is suitable for marriage.
Her reaction leaves everyone thinking.
Sangam Tries to Make Tea
Later, Sangam decides to make tea for everyone.
She asks Ganga for instructions and carefully prepares it before serving the family.
The Bacchan brothers taste the tea and immediately lie that it is delicious.
They clearly do not want to hurt Sangam’s feelings.
Sangam then takes a cup towards Ajab.
The brothers become nervous because they fear Ajab will be honest about the tea and unintentionally upset Sangam.
The episode ends with the family anxiously watching what Ajab will say.
Episode Review
This episode gives Sangam a stronger sense of independence. Her decision to collect her certificates and look for a job suggests that she is no longer willing to remain completely dependent on the Bacchan family. At the same time, Susheela’s plan to stop her and arrange another marriage adds an interesting complication.
The lighter moments involving the puja, Ganga’s failed marriage meetings and Sangam’s tea-making attempt keep the episode entertaining. However, the emotional core remains Sangam’s desire to create a life where she can stand on her own feet.
The upcoming conflict could become interesting if Sangam’s decision to leave the house comes to light before the Bacchan family can understand what she is actually planning.
