Mannat 12th August 2026 Written Update: Mannat Tries to Trap Dhairya as Vikrant Risks His Secret
The episode begins with Dua wanting to share a story with Vikrant. Vikrant is happy to see the children, but when Dhairya arrives, he immediately pretends to be irritated and reminds Dua that he is not her father. He claims that Mannat forced him to stay there.
Dua explains that she only wants to tell him a story and assures him that there is nothing to worry about. Vikrant finally agrees to listen.
Dua narrates the story of Jatayu and his brother and compares their bond with the relationship between Vikrant and Dhairya. She tells Vikrant that whenever he gets into trouble, Dhairya is always there to protect him.
Her innocent words affect Vikrant. He thinks about how Dhairya, despite being his brother, has actually become the villain of his life. Vikrant tells Dua that not everyone is the same.
Dhairya becomes nervous because he fears that Vikrant may slowly start remembering his past.
Mannat Tries to Fool Dhairya
Mannat also becomes worried that Dhairya might discover Vikrant’s real identity. She quickly takes the children away from the situation.
Before leaving, Vikrant tells Dhairya that he seems like a decent person and asks him to make Mannat understand that he is not Vikrant. Dhairya tells him to simply tolerate Mannat for another week.
After Vikrant leaves, Dhairya feels relieved. He thinks he was unnecessarily worried because Vikrant still has no memory of his past.
Mannat then deliberately pretends to be upset in front of Dhairya. He immediately asks what happened.
She lies that some dust got into her eyes, but Dhairya realises that she is hiding something and asks her to tell him the truth.
Mannat then tells him that Vikrant did not recognise her.
She explains that she had expected him to remember everything after regaining consciousness. Although Vikrant is standing right in front of her, she cannot hug him or behave like his wife because he treats her like a complete stranger.
Mannat asks Dhairya to help her bring back Vikrant’s memories.
She praises Dhairya’s intelligence and tells him that only he can find a way to help her. Her emotional appeal works. Dhairya agrees to help her.
However, internally, Dhairya regrets listening to Mallika. He begins thinking that perhaps he should have killed Vikrant instead of allowing him to remain around Mannat.
Dhairya Receives a Warning
Deepak soon arrives and hands Dhairya a mysterious box.
He tells Dhairya that someone sent it for him.
Dhairya opens the box and is stunned to find a balloon carrying a threatening message that someone intends to expose him.
He quickly hides it from Mannat.
When Mannat asks what is inside the box, Dhairya lies that he has arranged a surprise for Vikrant and plans to give it to him personally. He then makes an excuse and leaves.
Vikrant notices Dhairya’s fear and quietly laughs.
Mannat points out that criminals once feared Dhairya, but now he has become a criminal himself and is finally experiencing fear.
Vikrant praises Mannat for understanding the situation so cleverly.
Manyata Sneaks Into the Mansion
Meanwhile, Manyata secretly enters the Saluja mansion.
She manages to hide herself before Kumar can notice her.
At the same time, Bunty and Dua try to spend some time with Vikrant. Vikrant also wants to be with them, but he knows that he has to maintain his identity as Abhimanyu.
He therefore keeps the children at a distance and refuses to become emotionally close to them.
Bunty continues trying to convince him, but Vikrant remains firm about maintaining his act.
Manyata Attacks Mannat
The situation suddenly becomes dangerous when Manyata attacks Mannat from behind.
Mallika tries to intervene but gets pushed down by Manyata.
Mallika immediately informs Vikrant about the attack.
Vikrant instinctively wants to rush towards Mannat, but Mannat realises that doing so could expose his true identity. She is also afraid that Dhairya could discover that Vikrant is only pretending to be Abhimanyu.
Mannat quickly asks Dhairya to help her and signal Vikrant not to react.
Dhairya threatens Manyata with the police.
Manyata remains fearless and challenges him to call them. She warns that she will kill Mannat before the police can arrive.
Vikrant becomes alert after hearing this.
In a surprising move, he tells Manyata to kill Mannat, seemingly trying to divert her attention and protect his carefully maintained disguise.
The episode ends with the danger around Mannat increasing and Vikrant struggling to protect her without revealing who he really is.

Mannat will suggest trapping Dhairya using the same strategy she used against Aishwarya Rai Singh. She will begin plotting a plan to expose Dhairya and make him reveal his true face.
Review
This episode does a good job of building the tension around Vikrant’s fake identity. Dua’s innocent story creates an emotional moment because she unknowingly reminds Vikrant of the complicated relationship he once shared with Dhairya. At the same time, Mannat cleverly manipulates Dhairya by pretending to need his help, making him believe that he is still in control.
The mysterious warning sent to Dhairya adds another layer of suspense, while Manyata’s attack pushes the story into a more dangerous phase. The most interesting part is Vikrant’s final move—he has to protect Mannat without allowing Dhairya to realise that his memory has actually returned.
