Dr. Aarambhi 20th August 2026 Written Update: Aarambhi Gets Closer to the Truth as Dhruv and Kuldeep Panic
The 20th August 2026 episode of Dr. Aarambhi takes the mystery surrounding the pen drive and Manmeet’s injuries a step further. While Aarambhi manages to identify the person who handed over the pen drive, the unclear CCTV footage gives Dhruv and Kuldeep some temporary relief. Meanwhile, Raj begins to suspect that Manmeet is hiding the truth about her injuries.
The episode begins with Dhruv complaining to Aarambhi about Kunika’s constant marriage discussions. He says that Kunika keeps insisting that he should get married, but he does not want to marry.
Aarambhi agrees with him.
She tells Dhruv that he is already a terrible friend, so she cannot imagine how he would become a good husband.
Dhruv has his own response to Aarambhi’s comment and makes fun of her.

Raj suspects domestic violence
Meanwhile, a nurse approaches Raj.
After seeing Manmeet’s injuries, she tells him that the wounds appear consistent with domestic violence.
Raj is surprised because Manmeet had told him that she fell down the stairs.
The nurse immediately says that Manmeet’s explanation is not true.
Raj thanks her and starts thinking about the situation.
He finally realises that Sunny may be hurting Manmeet repeatedly and that she has been hiding the truth from everyone.
Avantika struggles to impress Dimple’s friends
At the Tandon house, Dimple is hosting a kitty party.
Her friends taste the food prepared by Avantika but are clearly unimpressed. They comment that the dishes do not meet Dimple’s standards.
Avantika then returns a guest’s scarf after cleaning it.
However, the guest notices that the colour has faded.
Avantika apologises.
One of Dimple’s friends asks where Aarambhi is.
Dimple tells her that Aarambhi has gone out for some work.
Dimple then introduces Avantika to the guests as the head of the cosmetic department at Neo Pulse Hospital.
However, one of the guests immediately praises Aarambhi.
She points out that Aarambhi is also a doctor and an all-rounder who can manage practically everything.
Avantika is visibly upset by the comparison.
She eventually leaves.
Sheetal secretly enters Raj’s cabin
Later, a security guard approaches Raj and tells him that someone has come to meet him.
Raj follows the guard.
He asks where the person is.
The guard explains that someone had come looking for him but has already left.
Raj instructs him to send that person to his room if they return.
Meanwhile, Sheetal secretly enters Raj’s cabin.
She immediately informs Dhruv about what is happening.
Soon, Aarambhi arrives to meet Raj.
Raj takes her into his cabin and watches the CCTV footage with her.
However, the footage remains too blurry even after examining it.
Raj admits that his software will not be able to enhance it sufficiently.
He then calls his IT friend Kashish and asks him to work on the footage.
Kashish agrees and says that it will take around two hours to enhance it.
Raj informs Aarambhi about the plan.
Aarambhi agrees and leaves.
Unfortunately, Sheetal has been hiding nearby and has overheard their entire conversation.
As soon as Raj and Aarambhi leave, Sheetal informs Dhruv that the footage is being sent for enhancement and that they may soon be able to identify the culprit.
The episode ends with Aarambhi getting closer to the truth while Dhruv and his allies desperately try to stay one step ahead of her.

Vishwas hugs Avantika in his room when Dimple suddenly enters and catches them together.
Dimple tells Vishwas that Avantika is merely his friend and warns Avantika not to dream of becoming the daughter-in-law of their family because that will never happen.
Later, Aarambhi returns home and sees Dhruv.
Dhruv asks her whether she is jealous after seeing him.
Aarambhi firmly says that she is not jealous but suspicious.
Dhruv then reminds her that only two days are left and offers to help her if she needs anything.
Aarambhi turns the tables and tells him that now it is her turn to ask questions.
She directly asks Dhruv what he is doing there.
Review
This episode keeps the mystery moving at a good pace. The strongest development is Raj finally recognising that Manmeet’s injuries do not match her explanation. His suspicion that Sunny is responsible adds an important parallel track to Aarambhi’s investigation.
Aarambhi identifying the person in the CCTV footage is another major development, although the blurry recording gives Dhruv and Kuldeep some breathing room. The decision to enhance the footage creates a clear ticking clock for the upcoming episodes.
The Aarambhi-Dhruv confrontation in the precap is particularly interesting because Aarambhi is no longer simply defending herself against his accusations. She is beginning to question Dhruv directly, suggesting that her suspicions about him are becoming stronger.
